Going out of their way to insult America, and going to particularly painful lengths to do it, a storm of protest needs to be raised against the Chancellor and faculty of Vanderbilt University.

The following video runs a little over 2 hours in full length, but what it contains will startle you.

The video was produced/recorded on September 11, 2006. (The fifth anniversary of 9/11) On this day the university felt it was important to hold a "9/11 Rememberance." To do so they assembled a panel of faculty members to supposedly discuss 9/11 and its relative impact on America these five years since.

The university assembled a panel of 9 faculty members. All of them hard liberal leftists, and as you will hear and see for yourself, ready to hate America.

The fact that the university took the 5th Memorial of 9/11 to do this and under the deceptive guise of being a 9/11 rememberance - suckering students in - without ANY opposing view is a reprehensible and disgusting tactic.

The cause however is not completely lost. Today Christopher Donnelly, a brave student at Vanderbilt, came on my show and told the truth about what happened. Thanks to his association with Young America's Foundation - there are options so that liberals don't get away with this type of intellectual tyranny. At the end of our interview, it was decided that I would personally invite all nine of the professors to return to that very classroom and debate me 1 on 9, on the same matters they felt so arrogant on previously that no one of a dissenting opinion need show up.

We are aiming at making this happen on October 20 or November 3. We will be working with Christopher to personally invite each professor to be in attendance and to debate with me - face to face - the merits of their rage against America.

For now we are hoping for and expecting them to be eager to dialogue in this type of open and slightly more fair circumstance. We will be inviting the media, the student body, my radio audience, and anyone else who wishes to attend to come and observe the faculty vs. one musclehead.

More details to follow...please come join us!

The increasingly Kerry-like Robert Menendez!

In the greater Tri-State area...

NEW YORK GOVERNOR
The first New York gubernatorial debate has been had. By those who watched the events live from Cornell University, John Faso was the clear winner. The debate centered on only a handful of ideas - but they are big enough and important enough to demonstrate the clear divide between the commonsense Faso and the liberal radical Spitzer.

On taxes - Faso will implement an entire range of tax cuts. Spitzer's plan feigns tax reduction in one area but the overall effect is an increase in additional areas.

On abortion - Spitzer termed Faso "extreme" because he believes that Partial Birth Abortion is morally wrong.

On marriage - Spitzer is on the record, pledging to sign into law New York's first marriage redefinition bill the moment it hits his desk. Spitzer wants to change the definition of marriage that has been held for over 2000 years. Faso stood firmly against redefining marriage.

Faso is an accomplished leader and needs and deserves your help. Help him today...

NEW JERSEY - U.S. SENATE
Already brewing over with scandal the U.S. Senate race in New Jersey is producing more bad news and more legal woes for Democratic incumbent Bob Menendez. In the most recent poll Tom Kean is ahead 44% to 36% among all voters, and 44% to 38% among likely voters. This has only increased since Labor Day - and for any GOP candidate to be ahead in September at all is a miracle. Some are saying that Kean's support is largely from disaffected Independents and Democrats who are just fed up with state corruption that the Democratic Party is swimming in. And if that's the case then the latest headline doesn't help Democrats at all.

Menendez's corruption scandal has engulfed many of the state headlines over the issue of a North Hudson County housing project that Menendez was landlord of. Menendez took over $360,000 in rent from the organization while simultaneously working in Congress to secure $9.6 million in federal funds. An effort he enriched himself personally from.

While the campaign has been playing "put out the fire" in recent days, the drip, drip, drip of the facts of additional corruption keep coming out - like this morning in the Bergen Record.

Tom Kean Jr. is running on ethics reform - an issue he has championed in the state legislature. His vote would also be an important one in support of winning the war against terror, reducing taxes, opposing partial birth abortion, and confirming judges. Kean is in the final stretch of a campaign that he can and should win... and with your help - he can.

NEW YORK - U.S. SENATE
You HAVE to love John Spencer - the man running against Hillary Clinton - is an old school New Yorker, former mayor of Yonkers (a predominantly democrat town) - who just likes to "tell it like it is..."

As I was traveling back to New York on the book tour yesterday, CNN was playing in the airport, Hillary's soundclip defending Bill in her stiff and very unnatural way kept playing over and over. At one point, unable to control myself, I had to let loose in whisper's strength, "please shut up."

In a loud voice from down the row of seats came, "YES PLEASE!"

A fellow New Yorker then confided to me that he was so sick of watching the "Clinton two-step."

This is basically the raw emotion, and expression that John Spencer embodies. A hard working, life long New Yorker, who is pointing out that though Hillary came to NY and made lots of promises - she hasn't kept them.

And as a former Mayor of a largely democrat town, Spencer was able to run Yonkers from poverty into prosperity with lower taxes, pro-business intiatives that created local investment and increased the job market.

The problem that Hillary and Spitzer both have on their hands is that their policies of increased taxes and a basic anti-business position has caused major economic forces to uproot and take their operations either across the Hudson River, or worse yet - across the country.

It's obvious why Hillary won't debate Spencer, he speaks to much common sense and his ability to "tell it like it is" would never sit well with the ultra micro-managed image that Hillary is dependent upon to keep her facade in place. Join Spencer and kill Hill's Thrill!

CONNECTICUT - U.S. SENATE
Whatever the Kos crazies thought they had accomplished in kicking Joe Lieberman to the road in the Democratic primary - it has been firmly erased.

To be clear, I disagree with Lieberman on probably 7 out of 10 issues, maybe 8 out of 10. But I will admit to know that the Senator at least understands the tremendous evil we are facing in the world-wide global war on Islamo-Fascists brings my much more comfort than silly city-councilman Ned who understands nothing of the threat.

Joe-mentum is up 10 in the latest poll...

In a speech at the Woodrow Wilson Center, according to Agence France Press, yesterday Iraqi President Jalal Talabani said it plainly, "The American presence has always prevented any kind of foreign invasion to Iraq."

He added, "That's one of the main reasons why we think that we need an American presence even symbolical, in the country, to prevent our neighbors attacking us... I think that our neighbors must understand that our patience is limited... And we mean all of them!"

One more item from Talabani, "The immediate departure of coalition forces would only unleash the terrorists. I cannot promise when or how the American presence will completely end in Iraq but I can promise that American soldiers DO NOT FIGHT IN VAIN!" (emphasis mine)

A quick scan of this morning's New York Times shows no mention of the significant analysis by the Iraqi president.

Before he starts answering the criticisms "on the merits" he feels the need to "put this interview in context"...

This is some remarkable, classic, William Jefferson Clinton...

NOTE: How interesting it is that Billy Boy lectures Chris Wallace on "honesty" in presentation.

OK THE POT IS BLACK!!!!!

The ever controversial Ann Coulter. You seldom get to see her uncensored, uncut, and unedited - but LIVE from the Values Voters Summit in Washington DC last night she was in her usual AMAZING form.

And ladies, the lovely bride says her dress was Diane Von Furstenburg (sp?).

If the most important thing in a free and democratic society is to be able to hear from the candidates who are seeking your vote so that you can make the most informed choice possible, isn't then incumbent upon the candidates to allow you to see their ideas side by side?

Is there a more democratic act that can be done than to allow the give and take of freely formed - but opposing ideas to be judged by the merits of the voters who will vote for them?

Hillary doesn't much believe so. Only willing to do two debates - on the very low rated cable channel NY1. Why can't she allow all New Yorkers - one's with satellite service, and broadcast only reception to be able to hear her ideas?

After all if she is so far ahead that there's "no way she can lose," what's the problem?

John Spencer is a good man, and he ran a nearly all democratic town from bankruptcy to prosperity - as a Republican, and he has the backing of both the GOP and Conservative parties in the state of New York.

What's Hillary afraid of?

Chicken?

As Hezbollah (who is a terrorist enemy to the United States) was gathered by the tens of thousands in the streets just moments ago Hasan Nasrallah said that the militant group had more than 20,000 missles left and declared "victory" over Israel...

I wish Armitage's "back to the stone age" statement would be leveled in this case...

Which is worse... the lying former Governor? The increasingly feminine Lauer? Or the network that puts this stuff on the air? Vote in the comment section, I'll report my observations on the tally.

On a day when, even if only for pragmatic electorate blow-back reasons, Charlie Rangel and Nancy Pelosi get it right.

The left still rears its ugly head.

"Ah let me put it this way," Senator Harkin's a schnook...

UPDATE: Hear the Schnook's words say it for yourself...UGH!

One of the primary inspirations in my life has been the amazing story of Dr. James Dobson. I revere his passion for God, for the family, and for his nation in ways that far seperate him from the rest of the pack.

So you can only imagine my shock and how floored I was to receive this in my inbox just a bit ago...

"Dear Kevin,

Greetings and many thanks for sending an inscribed copy of the MUSCLEHEAD REVOLUTION: Overturning liberalism with commonsense thinking...

...I applaud all you're doing in the fight for righteousness in the culture.

The premise of your book is certainly right on target: not only do we know biblical values to be based upon absolute truth, but common sense warns of the consequences when we stray from those precepts. Here's hoping this point will be driven home for many readers.

Thanks again for your thoughtfulness Kevin. It was good to see you in Washington DC in May - I hope our paths cross again soon. Blessings to you!

Sincerely
James C. Dobson Ph.D.
Founder and Chairman
Focus On The Family"

All I can say is - thank YOU Dr. Dobson for fighting the fight - long before the MuscleHead Revolution was even around! We are your allies on the front lines - we wouldn't wish to be anywhere else.

If you haven't read the hardback MuscleHead Revolution yet - get your copy today - right here.

Do you know - in an election cycle in which we've been told that the GOP is demoralized - that a story like this even occurs...

It's because of liberal hacks running for office like the one who is responsible for THIS!

And trust me - its not coming in huge mega-million bundles by a hand full of donors. Nope - it's the church going, working men and women of the nation giving their $20, $50, and $100 checks in their effort to erase crazed, maniacal, equivocating, liberals.

And if you haven't yet given to a particular candidate, I highly recommend RightROOTS. Tom Kean from New Jersey could certainly make good use of the help!

On Friday (tomorrow) we will be in the nation's capital for the Values Voters' Summit which is being sponsored by a gaggle of politically social conservatives groups like Focus On The Family, The American Family Association, and The Family Research Council.

Since I was going to be in the area - and since it will be friday (the day we now feature the latest and greatest from TownHall in the WMCA Spotlight) - I thought, "Why not ask Mary Katharine Ham to join us live."

And then an even better idea hit me, "let her co-host the entire show."  After some heavy arm twisting she's agreed to show up! In addition to her culling Townhall for the week's very best (and if you'd like to nominate a Townhall feature, column, or blog post for her consideration you can at mkh@townhall.com) we will also get face to face with one of President Bush's very first court nominees Judge Charles Pickering, and the FRC's head Tony Perkins. And of course - if you have not yet heard we will get you involved with RIGHTROOTS!!! Mary Katharine did a phenom job on HotAir when she subbed for Michelle Malkin so I suspect we will have a good time. She's also a raging football fan and her Georgia Bulldawgs are off to a rarin' start.

The Values Voters' Summit will feature the very best in conservative America - including but not limited to: White House Press Secretary Tony Snow, Senator George Allen, Bill Bennett, Ann Coulter, Senator Sam Brownback, Dr. James Dobson, Congressman Mike Pence, Bishop Harry Jackson, Senator Rick Santorum, Governor Mike Huckabee, Governor Mitt Romney, Congresswoman Katharine Harris, Attorney General Alberto Gonzales, Frmr Speaker of the House Newt Gingrich, Marriage Researcher Maggie Gallagher, my good friends from the Young Americas Foundation, The Heritage Foundation and from radio row Sean Hannity and Kevin McCullough amongst others.

On Friday Mary Katharine and I will broadcast live from 2-4pm EST. You can listen live right here (It then replays 5-7pm EST, and the PodCASTS will be available here.)

On Saturday I will be signing copies of my new hot off the press book MuscleHead Revolution: Overturning Liberalism with Commonsense Thinking between 12:10-12:45pm. Sean Hannity, Ann Coulter, Bill Bennett, Newt Gingrich, will also be spread out through the weekend.

If you're in the DC area come see us at the Omni Shoreham - it will be a tremendous time to gear up for the fight of our lives this fall!
