Listen "LIVE" - 2-4p EST
Listen ON DEMAND anytime!

2pm:
If people lived as Jesus instructed they would not get AIDS. But that didn't stop Hillary from pandering the sheep at Saddleback Church in California yesterday: "Jesus never asked why someone was sick!" Or this: "My own 'faith journey' is approaching a half century, and I know how far I have to go. But I have been blessed in my life, with my family, and in the church of my childhood, to be guided every step of the way." I feel like what Hillary is saying in the opening statement is that Jesus only wanted us to cure - but not to heal. Healing may require reform, change, repentence. Which is more important to Jesus - curing someone's illness, or helping them never to become ill again? 800.345.WMCA.

3pm:
I believe that a student who throws the crayon at the teacher SHOULD BE charged with third degree battery. The headline reads: FLORIDA STUDENT FACING BATTERY CHARGES FOR THROWING CRAYON. He was kicked out of the school and arrested. Now here comes mommy, "My son is a model student, don't take my baby to court!" Taewon Little's mom Robyn said she grounded him for the tantrum. But the school principal says, "Not good enough until he completes his alternate learning program courses." We get this from parents all the time. Not my little Billy, Joey, or Taewon... he's perrrrrfect. But does he get a pass on horrible behavior because he's mama's little boy? It might be the perfect lesson for the lad, it might save his life someday to be locked up in the pokey for a night. Throw the book at him for throwing a crayon at her. (...oh - and we almost forgot "little" Taewon Little, is a sophomore in high school, taking college prep courses on weekends.) 800.345.WMCA.

"I am more cuh-ray-zeee dan yous!"

PRINCETON, NJ -- Republicans are significantly more likely than Democrats or independents to rate their mental health as excellent, according to data from the last four November Gallup Health and Healthcare polls. Fifty-eight percent of Republicans report having excellent mental health, compared to 43% of independents and 38% of Democrats. This relationship between party identification and reports of excellent mental health persists even within categories of income, age, gender, church attendance, and education. The basic data -- based on an aggregated sample of more than 4,000 interviews conducted since 2004 -- are straightforward.

"Jesus never asked why someone was sick!"

Hillary Clinton became the latest liberal, pro-abortion, pro-gay-marriage, anti-family candidate to take Rick Warren's pulpit and turn it into a podium of iniquity.

She knew of course that she would receive major kudos within the faith community for speaking at the largest evangelical pulpit in America. And according to Politico - that's exactly how it's being spun...

Speaking at Rick Warren’s Saddleback Church in Lake Forest, Calif., today, Hillary Rodham Clinton used a forum on AIDS and religion to burnish her spiritual faith credentials, dropping in verses from James, citing Isaiah and relating how Jesus “never asked why someone was sick.”

"Burnish her faith credentials..." That sounds a lot to me like "getting an endorsement from the pulpit of Rick Warren and his seeker friendly somewhat converted "congregation."

And actually Hills, Jesus DID care how people lived - and if they would make the healthy choice to live as he instructed - they would not get AIDS.

"So...if I ahhhh endorse you ahhhh will you give me my congestion pricing kickback?

Obama picked up the tab, left a $10 tip, and the agenda was Homeland Security, Global Warming, Education and the Economy...

PAUL-pot

PaulPots (Supporters of Ron Paul) have no sense of humor, and get quasi-blood-vessel-bursting-in-my-temple crazy if you dare to criticize the Congressman who likes to blink his eyes and ignore the War On Terror.

Evidently Paul was absent on 9/11. Doesn't seem to think that Islamic Terrorists have uttered a vow to kill Americans. Doesn't seem to be aware that they signed a fatwa to eliminate us prior to 9/11, nor does he seem to know that once Islamic fatwas are signed that they will not stop - until the objective is fulfilled.

Maybe Paul is an historical ignoramus that does not realize that one of the very first international wars we fought in the early-mid 1800s was against the forefathers of the Islamic freak jobs that have targeted us now.

Whatever they do NOT understand - one thing they very much do is how to network and display their irrational anger... thus my inbox today:

Your assessment of the CNN/Youtube debate shows that your understanding of American history is severely lacking as well as your understanding of the world today. You also fail to understand what this country is all about or what it means to be American. If you'd like, I have some books that I can recommend for you. By the way, Rudy (or any other GOP handpicked puppet candidate) does not have a chance in hell at beating Hillary. Ron Paul 2008!
~Kevin Hurd, PaulPot since 2007 (
kevinshurd@earthlink.net)

Ron Paul will show you in the primaries. Bastard!
~Thomas Rambo, PaulPot since 2007 (rambo.world@gmail.com)

Why must you show your ignorance by calling Ron Paul a crackpot over and over, as if your opinion is anymore valid than the next persons. I will never use any products that advertise on your program or websites, and I will be emailing all of them to tell them this.. plus, I will be posting this on the Ron Paul message boards so others can do the same. If you want to act like a three year old and call people names like you are on the kindergarten playground, then go ahead.. I will politely protest your foul attitude by not cozying up to the people who pay your bills.
~Bryan Thompson, PaulPot since at least a week ago (bryan.k.thompson@gmail.com)

Cool Bryan thanks for the promo, I was hoping the PaulPots could be introduced to the MuscleHeads!

Not LEFT BEHIND...

This election is proving crazier by the day. And Huck MUST be given credit for shoring up Evangelical Credentials faster than his people can think up ways to make it happen.

Jerry B. Jenkins, co-author of the second most selling copy every produced in Christian publishing behind only The Holy Bible, with his series "Left Behind" has agreed to sit on the Faith and Values Coalition for Governor Mike Huckabee.

“I am pleased to wholeheartedly endorse Mike Huckabee for President of the United States. I resonate with his values and personal character and believe he is the kind of man who can guide the country through difficult times. I appreciate his record as a leader and am especially pleased with his ability to be plain-spoken and articulate his views in person and on his website. I believe people of faith will find him refreshing and an exciting answer to the question of who should emerge to be the Republican front runner and eventual nominee.”

Jerry and I had offices merely feet away from each other only a few years ago when we both worked for Moody Broadcasting. He is someone I admire immensely and consider a friend, and more honored that has reciprocated over the years. I have NEVER KNOWN his political leanings nor ever seen him willing to enter the fray of public policy. I think this is just a such a kick!

2pm:
The McCullough Scorecard on the CNN YouTube debate. The shining moments, the winners and losers, the highlights, and the embarrassment for CNN.

2:20pm:
It will make me sound narrow-minded and rather sexist, but I believe the use of celebrity endorsements are really only done for the benefit of the female vote. Oprah for Obama, Babs for Hillary, Chuck Norris for the Huck-wagon. Says Celebrity PAT SAJAK, "Does anyone decide which candidate to choose based on the recommendation of a TV talk show host or a singer/actress? If any group of citizens is uniquely unqualified to tell someone else how to vote, it’s those of us who live in the sheltered, privileged arena of celebrityhood. It’s one thing to buy an ab machine because Chuck Norris recommends it (he’s in good shape, isn’t he?) or a grill because George Foreman’s name is on it (he’s a great guy, so it must be a great grill!), but the idea of choosing the Leader of the Free World based on the advice of someone who lives in the cloistered world of stardom seems a bit loony to me." I totally agree with him, and could not care less who endorses who. It make me a bit of a sexist to think that there are women in the world who would vote for Obama, just because Oprah fawns for him... but... I... do... think... there... is... some... truth... to... it... 800.345.WMCA.

3pm:
People want so badly for the world to be different or for their kids to like them or wish so hard that reality wasn't... that we ignore red flags. The family of Megan Meier, the 13-year-old girl who took her own life after being bullied on MySpace, is demanding justice and jail time for the adult involved in the bullying. Josh said he didn't have a phone and so Megan couldn't talk to him. But the two continued their communication online, despite some red flags Tina Meier said she saw. You know that you've done the same thing though, so have I. We see something that should be a red flag, but we talk ourselves into a distorted state of reality. The question becomes why? Here you have a daughter lost forever because parents did not recognize the boy had internet access "but no phone." 800.345.WMCA.

Mindless time waster... Paris Hilton upon visiting her former friend Nicole Richie who is about to have some bastard child, confesses to Ellen Degeneres that she too wishes she could have a child... simply breathtaking...

Further proof she shouldn't breed:

Believe it or not I think HUCK had the best night of all the candidates... largely for two reasons. He wasn't really directly attacked all that vociferously - and he used his humor, calm, and yes even biblical knowledge to quiet the antics nearly every time he spoke.

Sure the sexy story is all the attacks back and forth between Rudy and Mitt - but as someone who has not watched these debates all that seriously until now (as have most Americans) Huck came across very very very well!

Rudy had to answer the questions that hurt him.

Mitt had a poor night because of the ganged up attack against him - particularly on immigration and waterboarding.

McCain did not do well enough to gain ground.

Tanc and Dunc added interesting color to the side issues...

Crackpot was his usual self...

But Huck did better than anyone else...and it showed. (And by the way I have not endorsed him nor any other candidate.)
