I call it Pot/Kettle syndrome but listen to the grounds on which Dan Rather is suing CBS/Viacom for $70 million dollars:

Mr. Rather, 75, asserts that the network violated his contract by giving him insufficient airtime on “60 Minutes” after forcing him to step down as anchor of the “CBS Evening News” in March 2005. He also contends that the network committed fraud by commissioning a “biased” and incomplete investigation of the flawed Guard broadcast and, in the process, “seriously damaged his reputation.”

Tin-ear Dan still refuses to believe that dozens of we terrible bloggers fact-checked his backside into history.

So what's so BAD about being "WHITE?" The """"""Reverand"'''''''''' has sold his allegiance to Hillary and begins his attacks on Barack Obama by asserting Obama's "whiteness." Jackson intends it obviously as a perjorative against the first serious black candidate for the office of President. But Why? Please - fill me in - why does Rev. Jackson assume that being "white" is any more evil than being "black?" 800.345.WMCA.

You've seen the story by now: Jesse Jackson thinks Obama is "WHITEY White!"

Not completely sure what he even means by it but the revelation of the """Rev's""" thoughts on the matter tell us one thing for sure - Hillary outbid 'Bama and paid pretty pennies. Having bought the Jesse machine, Hillary probably feels its safe now to go about ignoring black people - pretty much the way she has her entire life - except when there is a photo-op to be had!

But what intrigues me about the concept that Jesse is attacking Obama with is - what does it really mean?

Does it mean that:
a) Obama "speaks too much like a 'white' man?"
b) Has not impregnated as many females as the "good" """Rev"""?
c) Did not participate in enough gang violence when a young boy?
d) Has never been shot in a drive-by on Chicago's southside?
e) Graduated high school?
f) Has a vocabulary that is larger than "f**k", "b*tch", "h*e", and "n*ggah"?
g) Is STILL married to his first and only wife?
h) Actually spends time in his home, with his kids?
i) Is able to speak intellectually on a wide range of socio-economic-governmental topics?
j) Has not had illicit sexual liasons with under-staffers while visiting the White House counseling other adulterers on their path to "god?"
k) Has spoken in Rick Warren's pulpit?
l) Has put forward an economic plan where the word - tax-cuts, and incentives were used?
m) Didn't kiss the ring of the proclaimed self-serving "civil rights leaders" of our time?
n) Thinks for himself, instead of buying the brainwash of self-appointed """Rev's"""?
o) Doesn't need Jesse, Al, or any other voice to "speak for him?"
p) Actually has a chance at large numbers of both blacks and whites voting for him?
q) Did not offer Rev. Shakedown as much money has Hillary did to attack his opponents?
r) Has not been arrested?
s) Still hasn't spread his spermination beyond his marital vows?
t) Actually has credentials like Editor of the Harvard Law Review?
u) Has a brain that works and is attempting to tri-angulate votes?
v) Has never needed Jesse Jackson for ANYTHING?
w) Can't make second grade rhymes?
x) Never used Jackson's rent-a-mob?
y) Can articulate actual thoughts longer than three sentences?
z) Is more satisfied with his life choices than Jesse has ever dreamed of?

Friends - the list COULD go on...

The point being - and hear me clearly on this - I do NOT support Obama - and WILL NEVER vote for him. But Jesse's knee jerk over Obama not rushing to the aid of six boys and creating the media circus that Jesse has become expert at - does not make Obama "white, black, yellow, red or green."

And who's to say that being something other than black isn't evil anyway?

I've known scummy white people. I've known horrid blacks. I've also known a GREAT number of people from ALL ethnicities that have shown courage, grace, and intelligence.

Maybe Jesse doesn't like the fact that a WHITE WOMAN bought him off and now he's stuck supporting someone he doesn't much care for.

Speaking of which - who is worse: A black man who rises to the top of his community's and society's pinnacle of achievements? Or a black man who sells his soul to spout the talking/attack points of plantation nanny?

Okay, okay, I know this story has now outlived it's 27th minute of fame but I was standing up cheering when I heard Patricia Heaton serve a big heaping plateful of common sense against Sally Field's malfeasant thinking!

“I’ve actually become a more violent person since I became a mother, If someone came between me and my kids, they’d be dead meat. So I didn’t agree with that particular statement.”

There are those who will speculate on any numbers of reasons that my colleague Laura Ingraham would raise such issue with the "girly b-roll" that Fox News runs. FoxNews' John Gibson readily admitted to me personally on two occassions that the overwhelming best ratings that both he AND Cavuto receive are for the "booby bits" (to quote Gibby.)

But I will say this from what I understand of Laura on a personal level and as a fellow conservative: She is the genuine principled conservative.

The most important point she makes is that virtue IS an asset to the free market. Argued another way - "capitalism without morality can lead to as immoral a world as communism."

It is interesting to see that the normally quite moral AllahPundit declares himself "off the train" on Laura's point.

Part of the reason that the American system has worked so uniquely from all others IS the historical virtue that was seeded in and amongst the writings of the founding fathers. It is virtue within the free market system that restrains the compulsion to extremism and restraint in itself is a lost virtue - so much so that in my book I spend a whole chapter defining it and calling for it's return. (And I do so to make the point that societal restraint will help defeat liberalism!)

Bottom line... it ain't gonna hurt any of us - to see fewer Paris Hilton/Carl's Junior ads on television - and shame on Neil for lying to Laura... they are both better and deserve better than that!

My good friend Jason Mattera of Young America's Foundation with the cameras of our other good friend's HotAir tagging along, corner John Murtha. Watch him squirm as Jason cranks the vice down on the unindicted co-conspirator lying bag of billowing breath:

Anybody else sick and tired of folks like Murtha - also resorting first thing to, "did you serve?"

It makes absolutely no difference to the matter at hand of calling our Marine's cold-blooded killers as to whether or not the nation thinks such things is irresponsible to say.

Now the crooked Congressman won't even apologize - even after the charges have been dropped and their names cleared?

How pompous...

I LIKE IT when the news can get to us unfiltered from the Dan Rather's of the world. Matt Sanchez has been in Iraq for five months. He has observed the duration of the "surge" as an embed with Marines. Here HIS report from Anbar province filed today for my show. See how it compares with Hillary's "suspension of belief" theory she hold concerning Gen. Petraeus:

John Kerry's pal continued to talk well past his tasering, here's footage they're NOT showing on TV where he continues to talk.

It seems to me this kid REALLY DOES BELIEVE that the Government is going to kill him. His desperation would be amusing if it weren't so sincere. (He won't even tell them who he is!)

Like you I am a little stunned at the harsh over reaction by campus cops to the asking of John Kerry a few rather odd questions by one very strong supporter of liberals and liberal conspiracy theories (like Kerry actually winning in 2004.)

A few thoughts come to mind - but watch the video start to finish first:

First off - even though the kid's questions are odd - they are nonetheless supportive of Kerry, who had the power to call the police off the student. He does not do so. Think about how pathetic and inept Kerry looks in the scenario. He is unable to with any effective communication skills take control of the conversation much less the situation. AND HE WANTED TO RUN THE FREE WORLD? How would he have fared up against Ahmadinejad, who is no doubt considerably and simultaneously more crazy and intelligent than this college kid?

Secondly - notice if you listen carefully Kerry says some almost equally bizarre things. He tells the crowd to keep cool. He apologizes for what they are having to "see." Things like, "too bad he can't come up here and swear me in." (Yes John Kerry - even as the kid is getting volts run through him in front of your very eyes - it's STILL all about you!)

Thirdly - these two really deserve each other, and the whole thing is a really clear picture of what "free speech" looks like in the eyes of liberals. Ask an oddball question or two - and that's it hustle him out and taser him.

Fourthly - anyone notice the number of empty seats? This man was the Democrats top man on the ballot, the room doesn't look terribly big...

Fifthly - the cries of "police brutality" and "Rodney King" are laughable. Sure I think this is all an overreaction to an otherwise stupid and obnoxious college kid. And yes it is painful to hear him holler through the tasering, but Rodney King?

Of course those in the room could always be comforted by the malevolent drone of Kerry assuring them that he WILL answer the question - because it's a "good question..."

What you had here was the political equivalent of a drunk driver running head on into the headlights of an on-coming train. You have to wonder if it could be avoided, but what the heck were the train tracks doing there in the first place...

Hollywood and War how odd it is that the pretty people on the plant also tend to be the dimmest bulbs in the box. Quite the weekend too with the Director of the Sopranos ending the Emmy-cast last night saying America is being run by gangsters, Sally Field showing her support for racist, elitist, pro-slavery, pro-nazi, and anti-women's rights causes. And perhaps the dimmest bulb of all - James Brolin, Mr. Barbara Streisand wishing us all in New York a "Happy 9/11!" EXCLUSIVE
: Planned Parenthood, using $350,000,000 (million) tax-payer dollars a year, has begun a brand new strategy to launch "SUPER BUTCHERY ABORTION CLINICS." Their plan is simple - lie to local municipalities about what the facility is during the construction and permit process. Jill Stanek will relay to us how this is happening. Isn't time though to stop funding them with our tax-dollars? For a non-profit they cleared $60 million in profits last year. When is enough, enough? 800.345.WMCA.

At roughly 11:47am EST this morning I had a split second of celebration. I know its nothing compared the legions of visitors that Hewitt, Ham, Lewis, Barnett, and company roll up weekly - but it thrilled me nonetheless.

A visitor from the domain: ARMY.MIL in Columbus, Georgia who stayed on my page for roughly 1:37 minutes became my 1,000,000th visitor to MuscleHeadRevolution

Sure it may not be Ham's millions, or Hewitt's tens of millions - but it made me happy.

And if YOU were that visitor and can to some degree prove it to me, I've got a gift for you - just hit me up via e-mail!

I know how all the yahoos are going to spin all this hawkish talk but forget them for the time being. If the FRENCH are sabre-rattling you know it's serious.

And here's where we should begin:

In a chilling scenario of how war might come, a senior intelligence officer warned that public denunciation of Iranian meddling in Iraq - arming and training militants - would lead to cross border raids on Iranian training camps and bomb factories.

A prime target would be the Fajr base run by the Iranian Revolutionary Guard Quds Force in southern Iran, where Western intelligence agencies say armour-piercing projectiles used against British and US troops are manufactured.

Under the theory - which is gaining credence in Washington security circles - US action would provoke a major Iranian response, perhaps in the form of moves to cut off Gulf oil supplies, providing a trigger for air strikes against Iran's nuclear facilities and even its armed forces.

I wrote about this in my column this week: Planned Parenthood has resorted to deceiving municipalities in order to construct "Super-Butchery" abortion facilities. Sort of the Cosco to your normal grocer kind of thing...

The City of Aurora, Illinois is just the latest where they have practiced this deceit. When the city officials figured out they had been had, they indicated they would likely deny the final occupancy permit needed for the clinic to open. Planned Parenthood then hauled the City of Aurora into court, where today we are waiting to see if the judge will grant them the right to open and operate the largest abortion super facility in the nation.

OpenLineBlog has been following the entire episode most closely and has details and significant questions about today's court proceedings. Jill Stanek has many additional details. Hannity's "Ainsley across America" also covered it:

A massive protest was held this past weekend for the small to medium size city - more than 1000 pro-lifers turned out in the cold:
