"Sen. Cranky gets another one..."

Jennifer Rubin has it on good authority that Ted Olson is following in the steps of Crist, Giuliani, Nancy Regan, and Gov. Ahnuld... he's backing the man who has more often than not showed conservatives - especially on the issue of judges - the middle finger.

The Bizzaro-World-O-Fun-Step-Into-the-Absurd experience continues...

(That is a free call for cell phones nationwide!)

Back on the air this afternoon - 2pm EST. One Hour ONLY!

The VERY LATEST on the Baldwin/McCullough Radio experiment...

Pretty much all politics on today's show:

Obama has taken in a record windfall in donations in advance of Tsunami Tuesday next week. Will it help?

Bill Clinton calls for us to stall the economy to help a cause. It better be a good one because feeding my family sure is important...

Mitt Romney leads in which states heading in Super Tuesday...

My reaction to John McCain's win, his pathetic showing the debate last night, and how I feel about his running in November.

Number 1 in HER heart, in 2nd or 3rd everywhere else...

I guess I shouldn't be surprised, but I am. Rasmussen does not show Romney leading in ANY Super Tuesday state where they have conducted polling: McCain leads/tied in 6, Huckabee leads/tied in 3, Romney leads/tied in 0.

If this is how it plays out - look for a very un-motivated GOP base in November.

Crikey... McCAIN????????

After all the debates and ideas and options WE ARE STUCK with the man who likes to give conservatives and republicans the finger day after day?

THIS is the best and brightest?

Perhaps Crazy Ed Rollins is right - if McCain gets the nomination - perhaps the Reagan Revolution IS dead...

This is also the rough equivalent of what I hope the Giants front four do to the "wild-oats-entitled" - Tom Brady!

Tsunami Tuesday WINDFALL!

The Billary Clinton camp will claim it doesn't matter. Bill might even go so far as to say that such hot fund-raising is contributing to global warming.

And oh yes,  team Obama added 170,000 names to their lists in the process.  That's roughly $189 per donor.  Which means under the  legal limits Obama could potentially raise $307,000,000.

I was the very first pundit to predict that Barack Obama would be president in 2009. Rush Limbaugh validated my prediction the next day on his radio show.

My prediction was based simply on two enormous qualifiers. That Obama rally the various progressive far left, and the more traditional black church liberals. The other key part of the prediction was dependent upon the GOP picking a less than enthusiastic nominee. At the time I was thinking the nominee might be Giuliani - but now Giuliani-lite is the front-runner and it seems the Obama plan is still on track...

BTW, I think Barack is already thinking big picture since he had his first prime-time television ad hit last night in the first commercial break of a small time television experiment called, American Idol. But hey - no one watches that right?

"McCain is far and away the most qualified man to be the Commander in Chief"

So it's really true. Rudy has at this hour withdrawn from the race. The quote listed above just aired on Fox during the Brit broadcast. Sighhhhhh...

So here's the long and short of it.

GOP voters think McCain is the most electable. It sure seems hard to argue that given that Huckabee was undercut by Thompson in South Carolina, and despite all the money spent by Romney he finds himself trailing, with massive states to try to pick up. (And as a general rule of thumb - the states where Romney spends the most - he finishes number 2 - Iowa, Florida.)

McCain has the momentum and according to the most recent Rasmussen polls BEATS Hillary by 8, and Obama by 6.

Leading in the national polls, leading in the general election match-ups, and leading in the winner take all states for next Tuesday begins to add up to one big reality: Pretty much no matter how much money Romney spends, he is due for a series of perhaps close but nevertheless SECOND place finishes next Tuesday.

Bryan and Michelle are running a series of polls on how conservatives will vote - and their margin is even larger than Rasmussen's.

"McCain's my guy!"

In the first three minutes of H&C on Fox tonight Alan Colmes - THE LIBERAL - ran off a list of things he believed John McCain was right about...

(I'm gonna be sick...)

Every time Senator Cranky puts on his fake air of humility, and lets rip his "he he he he - look whose laughing now suckers" laugh, I feel like slugging him.

But since that's not possible... I guess laying out the vodka shots is the only recourse...

And is it just me or does Senator McAmnesty sound like he is patronizing EVERYBODY in every "victory" speech he gives?

He opposed the tax relief. He voted AGAINST protecting marriage - not once but TWICE. He refuses to promote his position on abortion during his campaigns. He WROTE the bill to bring Amnesty to law and has since annually reintroduced it every years since. He claims to be for border security, but enlists a MEXICAN adviser to give him advice on our border. And did I mention he OPPOSED the tax cuts?

Back on the air this afternoon - 2pm EST. One Hour ONLY!

The VERY LATEST on the Baldwin/McCullough Radio experiment...

There has raged an epidemic of eerie similarities: Attractive, mostly blonde, young school teachers seducing even younger Junior High/High School boys.

(Yesterday lawmakers began to question their involvement in how to reduce this occurrence.)

It seems that every one of the stories has played out exactly the same way. Teacher gets caught (sometimes even IN the act) red handed. Woman goes to prison, during trial confesses all and expresses remorse. Then several have been caught back in the act.

But isn't this supposed to be the pattern of behavior that MALE sex offenders would normally display? Males are driven by a uniquely visual and compulsive sexuality - so what is causing this inverted behavior? And what laws could lawmakers possibly come up with  to solve this problem - since they are nearly universally breaking already existing laws to begin with? 347.205.9765 (free call for cell phones nationwide.)

Plus the Boston Globe has already written the book on the Patriots' win in this Sunday's SUPER BOWL. Hmmm....

Not surprisingly it looks like that after this appearance on CBS following her bludgeoning, she's pulled the trigger on "no more television" at least for a bit.

Even Obama went on FoxNews with Major Garrett following the State of the Union last night. (Smart move on his part...)

Hillary is stretching her very bad run into its 4th day now... And news out of the Garden State this morning is that Obama has closed her previously 34 point lead to a difference of only 12 points.

SLAPDOWN

Oprah sure did open up a big ol' can of Democratic worms when she went on offense for Barack Obama. Now two of the most recognized voices amongst African American women in American history find themselves on opposite sides of the Obama/Hillary debate.

Toni Morrison who knew the Clintons well enough to dub Billy Jeff "the first black President", yesterday endorsed Obama. Today Maya Angelou says Hillary is "my girl."

Of course all will be forgiven when one of them wins the nomination and names the other one as their VP...
