Better quality... no price! Did you hear about/see this today? HULU is going directly after part of YouTube's marketshare on television and movies - FOR FREE. They have monetized the product by putting ads in the context of the movies, BUT the movies ARE the unedited versions. PARENTAL WARNING: If your kids watch an "R" rated movie in this system they WILL BE exposed to the "R" rated material. From what I understand from news reports there are also multiple commercial viewing options - all at once BEFORE the movie starts, or throughout the content every ten, fifteen, or twenty minutes or so. There is also one more draw for HULU. The quality is said to be MILES ahead of the YouTube pixelated universe.

"I took Texas peeps!" Via CNN: llinois Sen. Barack Obama has won the Texas Democratic caucuses and will get more delegates out of the state than his rival, Sen. Hillary Clinton, who won the state's primary, according to CNN estimates.Under the Texas Democratic Party's complex delegate selection plan, Texas voters participated in both a primary and caucuses on March 4. Two-thirds of the state's 193 delegates were at stake at the primary, while the remaining third were decided by the caucuses. An additional 35 superdelegates were not tied to either contest. Clinton, of New York, defeated Obama in the primary by a 51-47 percent margin. But results of the caucuses were up in the air on election night and for several days afterward, due to state party rules that did not require local caucus officials to report their results to a centralized location. Partial caucus results, representing 41 percent of all caucus precincts, showed Obama last week with 56 percent of the county-level delegates chosen at the caucuses to 44 percent for Clinton. The state party says it will not be able to provide a further breakdown of the caucus results from March 4. After a comprehensive review of these results, CNN estimates that Obama won more support from Texas caucus-goers than Clinton. Based on the state party's tally, Obama's caucus victory translates into 38 national convention delegates, compared to 29 for Clinton.

 whas' up my darkies?
After going on the offensive for a whole day citing her "40 year fight" against discrimination, former VP nominee Geraldine Ferraro stopped embarrassing the Hillary Clinton campaign and stepped down today. She was more or less offended that people would think she meant stupid and racist things... After saying... stupid and racist things.

Obama takes another one... And while only 90% of the vote is in at the moment Obama is out front by 22% points. I wonder what 22% translates into in delegate allocation. Does someone over team HRC wanna try to field that one?

Gov Rudy? Given the generally hardened viewpoint of the Lovely Bride - particularly when it comes to the whole adultery/prostitution thing. She tells me - they're not even close to the same thing - and he should take this opportunity...
The jury is still out for me.
Personally I'd rather him knock Hillary out of the Senate because after she's demoralized in this year's primary she will literally then be out of places to go live off my tax dollars...
But that's just me...

Which is more threatening, the fact that Stephen Baldwin and Michael Lohan are willing to tell you that Jesus can change your life? Or that He CHANGED theirs? Perez, TMZ, and the haters... Why do you knock, what you lack the courage to try for yourself?

"not gone yet?" It doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out what both sides of the partisan aisle would prefer Governor Spitzer to do - LEAVE. The editorial pages in all the NY papers agree today. I mean for crying out loud - if the complaints are true - the most recent incident occurred about a month ago. And he once busted two different prostitution rings. I wrote yesterday that the delay in making a statement to the public was likely due to his trying to configure a way to hold on to office. The more time goes by the more likely he will believe his chances to be able to remain. This after his drivers' license initiative for illegals raised the collective ire of the voters of his state leaves him with little if any political capital. Well today the State Senate is sending the message that his ride will be a bumpy one should he not decide to do the right thing. They have given him 36 hours to resign or face impeachment. Unlike recent Washington congressional members who HAVE survived similar scandals, I do not believe Spitzer will be able to raise the public support necessary to hold on to power. But we'll see... the clock is ticking.

Campaigning from the pulpit! What's breaking a little campaign law when you hate America, lie about deeply important racial issues, tell fantastic whoppers like "America started AIDS", have no disregard for scripture, and regularly drop "F-bombs" on God's people? Ellen Aprill, an associate dean at Loyola Law School in Los Angeles and a former adviser to the Treasury Department on matters including nonprofit tax law, says she believes those sermons are “clearly a violation. They’re naming names.” Donald Tobin, an associate dean at Ohio State University law school, who formerly worked for the Justice Department on nonprofit tax matters, adds that nonprofits cannot make endorsements or engage in a “pattern and practice that is designed to support one candidate over another.” After being read sections of the Trinity sermons by the Journal, he said, “There does seem to be a pattern of attempting to tip the scales in a way for Barack Obama. And churches shouldn’t be doing that.”

Excuse me? Private matter - while on the people's business in the people's capital? Committing a FELONY while crossing state lines? While being the "ethics" governor, and the "reform" governor, and the "get tough on wrong doing" governor?
Private matter?
Maybe he WILL try to Clintonize his way through this...

"Out? Not yet..." In a matter of seconds, he walked in, "I apologize to my family and to the public."
And left...
It was so fast most media was not even able to capture it...

...asking the judge... Shep Smith has Napolitano on...
The short of it is Spitzer could get 5 years for each phone call made to the prostitute/service. Evidently the use of a cell phone in a crime makes the charge an automatic felony...
Repeat Gov. Spitzer INDICTED... charges involving a prostitution ring.
