...Listen LIVE: 9-11pm EST...

ON BALDWIN/McCULLOUGH RADIO:
1. Nobody wants the federal government to intrude into the world of determining who the Champion in college football is... do they? Evidently Republican Senator Orin Hatch of Utah and the President Barack Obama are both taking up the issue. Critics of the current system dislike the perceived disparity between the college conferences. But that's no reason to require the federal government to pass legislation to deal with the issue... is it? Your thoughts: 800.345.9622.

2. PLUS: Why is it the course of human nature to be so careless when other people pay for things? Trip to Copenhagen for the U.S. delegation in which the world passed no significant agreement on climate change (because it had been exposed as a fraud the week previous), cost American taxpayers in excess of $1,000,000. Some of the delegation that weren't even dignitaries stayed in hotel rooms that exceeded $5000 per night. And Pelosi's history of it is reaching epic standards... $2,100,000 in 2009 on private (Air Force) airfare? $101,000 on in-flight booze and food? She also attempted to reserve every weekend for air travel, whether she needed it or not. What drives human to do this? 800.345.9622.

THIS is CNN!

Admittedly I missed this last week, or whenever it was in the last couple of weeks that CNN's Cafferty went off on the administration.

He accuses Obama of lying to get elected...

He actually hopes the voters rebel in the midterms...

Pigs are flying...

People are ice-skating in hell this morning peeps...

See for yourself.

No Soup for you!

The Obama administration has confirmed that it is moving the Gitmo detainee trials that Eric Holder the genius had slated for NYC. After the NYPD reported that it would cost the federal government upwards of $200 million dollars to properly secure the area, the detainees, and the trial participants, and after New Yorkers had repetitively spoken out against the trial being held only two blocks from 9.11's Ground Zero... evidently... someone... got the message.

10:18pm - What keeps me going is that I can party with my peeps every Wednesday night at Michelle's lil White House soirees...

10:18pm - The only reason we are here is not because Americans did what was hard... IT IS BECAUSE THEY DID WHAT WAS RIGHT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

10:16pm - Or that I can deliver change? No you've proven you can deliver change... we the people are just realizing that we don't like the change you're suggesting...

in nearly any way...

10:14pm - Border enforcement? Flip-flop number seven...

10:14pm - I'm turning the military into an open orgy zone...

10:14pm - What crimes aren't driven by hate?

10:13pm - We find unity in our diversity. (No problem with that... but we don't have to be unified around stupidity...)

10:12pm - Our destiny is connected to those beyond our shores. "We stand with the women marching in the streets of Iran" (Except the ones I allowed to get shot before I could decide if freedom was right or not...)

10:11pm - We've become a bystander to a sucker in the con called climate change...

10:10pm - Iran is MORE isolated? North Korea has "VIGOROUSLY" enforced sanctions coming at them now...???????? WHAT?

10:09pm - and true to my liberal nature I'm giving up our nuclear capacity to defend ourselves... because we all know its the weapons that are evil - not the people that use them...

10:07pm - *SNAP* Our allies... have to know... that we have... they have... our respect. (Man WHERE did he come up with some of these lines? This is like WOW...)

10:06pm - "I am ending this war... and here's a deadline... Terrorists can move in in August of 2010." (Of course I said I was closing Gitmo too and it's still open...)

10:05pm - "men and women alike..." (Did the Bush administration not defend the rights of one of those two?)

10:04pm - "Let's do what it takes to defend our country, and forge a more hopeful future for our nation and the world." We've strengthened partnerships... 100's of AQ have been captured or killed. (More than in 2008???)

10:03pm - National Security... "I know that all of us love this country..."

10:02pm - Republicans, you're a bunch of Constitutional goody too shoes, and I hate you and will give you wet willies all year...

10:01pm - "It's precisely such politics... that I've practiced... that is destroying our nation."

10:00pm - What frustrates the American people is where every day is an election day. "We can't have a perpetual campaign."

9:58pm - I don't think rich people should get a say in the direction of the nation...

9:57pm - Time to put limits on free speech...

9:56pm - Deep and corrosive doubts about Washington. (Especially when the sitting president is a socialist set upon fundamental transformation of a Constitutional Republic.)

9:55pm - That's how budgeting works. "I won't freeze spending until next year..." "That's what we did for 8 years - BLAME BUSH, BLAME BUSH, BLAME BUSH, BLAME BUSH, BLAME BUSH... What a moronically stupid speech.

9:53pm - The Senate blocked this bill, so I will issue an executive order, Because I hate constitutional law, and I refuse to follow it or be held accountable to it.

9:52pm - Spending freezes will only equal 000.58% of a reduction over three years. SIXTH reference to previous administration - BLAME BUSH, BLAME BUSH, BLAME BUSH.

9:51pm - He keeps talking about how he rescued the economy last year. As if it happened? Where does he live? What does he watch? Who does he talk to? Rescued the economy? REALLY?

9:50pm - "All of this was before I even walked in the door..." We've added another trillion dollars to the national debt, and if families are tightening their belts then the American government should do the same.

9:48pm - If anyone has a better plan, "Let me know..." (Hey genius - it was called the Senator Tom Coburn plan...)

9:47pm - Who the bleep is he - to assume that small businesses will drop insurance plans. (Create a successful environment for companies to succeed and they WON'T!!!)

9:46pm - CBO did NOT find that both bills would bring down costs by over $1 trillion...

9:45pm - Michelle Obama, "Hey FATTY fats, we gonna put you on the treadmill, now drop and give me fifty..."

9:44pm - Sad, long, stories about need for reform... (HEY GENIUS WE ARE ALL FOR REFORM - but NOT for that travesty you've got in both bills...)

9:43pm - Housing market will get better for families because we pass Obamacare or something...

9:43pm - The steps we took to shore up the housing market... NEWS FLASH - Obama thinks the housing market has been shored up...

9:42pm - "No one should go broke because they chose to go to college..."

9:40pm - Education will reduce poverty... WOW - this guy is really original. None of the stuff on education is controversial (but he keeps acting like he's combating someone over it...

9:38pm - If Obama is concerned about increasing exports and trade deals, why did he tear up the Columbia trade deal, and cut off all relationships with Honduras... OOOPS correct that - redirect number 5 - he will HONOR the Columbian agreement. (Sorry I'm getting whiplash here.)

9:37pm - "We will double our exports over the next five years..." Vacuous no details, no plans, no mention of increased PRODUCTION and tax incentives to do so...

9:37pm - Clean Energy Economy = Leader of Global Economy (color me suspicious.)

9:36pm - "Overwhelming scientific evidence on climate change..." DREW GUFFAWS!!!!

9:35pm - Obama reversal number 2,3,4 - HE ADVOCATES Nuclear power for the first time... He ADVOCATES domestic drilling... ADVOCATES clean coal... AND PUSHES CAP AND TRADE.... LOSER.

9:34pm - "We've got to get it right..." (WHAT?????????? What is right? What is "getting it" right???? What will "right" look like????? Are you kidding me... this is the standard now?

9:33pm - "We need to make sure that consumers have the information to make financial decisions." *WHAT THE BLEEP DOES THIS EVEN MEAN?????*

9:31pm - Begins to dig in... "How long must we wait?" (Compares us to China, India, and pushes clean energy.) Gross overreach on "I do not accept 2nd place for the United States of America..."

9:30pm - Whole passage on "the lost decade" - BLAME BUSH, BLAME BUSH, BLAME BUSH, BLAME BUSH, BLAME BUSH, BLAME BUSH....

9:29pm - "People are out of work... and I want a jobs bill on my desk... without delay." Except that it took me a full year to get to the point where it was important.

9:28pm - Tax Increases for multi-national corporations...

9:27pm - No capital gains taxes on all business? Did he just offer that? Really? In the campaign he vehemently opposed such an idea when asked directly by ABC's Charlie Gibson.

9:26pm - $30 Billion more tax dollars to now stimulate small business. (Why not just give greater small business incentives...)

9:25pm - "The true engine of job creation in the nation is this country's businesses." (Moment of absolute realization of the obvious.)

9:24pm - "Jobs must be our number 1 focus for 2010..." (Well why in the dickens wasn't it the number one priority in 2009? What the heck was your problem genius?)

9:23pm - Honestly - he is attempting to rewrite history. The stimulus bill has not accounted for a single NEW job. He is arguing that it worked but we are less 1.7 million jobs than when he started... This is flat out imaginative story-telling...

9:21pm - "As a result, we 'saved jobs'" "And we haven't raise INCOME taxes" (We "saved" 2 million jobs...) Now this guy is pulling this stuff right out his hat...

9:20pm - "We cut taxes for 95% of Americans who pay taxes..." And the litany list (which is largely a lie...)

9:18pm - "I hated the bank bailout..." (But I voted for it...) And BINGO first "Last Administration" reference...

9:17pm - It's time that America gets a government that matches their decency... (you got that right...)

9:16pm - Strained but hopeful? "I have never been more hopeful about America's future than I am tonight?" (Normally they say, "So I'm happy to report that the State of our Union is strong."

9:10pm - 1 year later - the worst of the storm has passed??? "Dealing with for decades" ??? Not new anxieties??? Fast enough???

Reporting to his board of directors...

Great news. I've just been tapped to respond to the State of the Union tonight for FoxNews.com. I'll have the link up hopefully within an hour of the speech.

But I'd really like you to be challenged by something BEFORE you watch the speech tonight.

Who's in charge?

That's it. It's a simple question. I know, I get it.

But seriously...

If President Obama comes out tonight talking about how he's so handicapped because of some stupid excuse like, "the mess the last administration left me," you need to be thinking to yourself, "WHO is in charge?"

See like it or not... we are.

You and me.

Obama's our employee, our grunt, he does the work we hire him to do.

If he takes the "I'm going to blame my colossal failure of a first year on someone else" approach tonight, ask yourself, "Would I accept that from an employee?"

If he takes the "I'mmmmmm the one who got elected, and it's mmyyyyyy administration that's in charge right now" tone, ask yourself again, "Who's in charge?"

The truth is President who serve with humility, get the most done... it's just the plain truth of the matter. Yes they have to make hard decisions (something this guy was barely able to do after he had made the decision and then had 9 cabinet meetings to merely affirm his own decision.) But at the end of the day, the President that serves under the realization that is there by our good will, and for our good pleasure, understands his commitment SHOULD be to the very best for the welfare and future of America.

Allowing massive 10% unemployment to continue to linger, allowing more and more families to be under-employed (now roughly one in five), and allowing more and more punitive measure to be put in place that would STOP the creation of jobs and the expansion of personal liberty and prosperity is morally WRONG.

Especially when there are known solutions that could be engaged, and the pain could start to be healed.

Mr. Obama gave himself a solid B on his first year in office. Such delusion is laugh worthy until you realized he was being serious.

Tonight when he steps up and claims that the State of our Union is strong... ask yourself, "Who's in charge?"

The answer to that question, will finally give us some clarity on where we go from here...

What about my choice?

Why is the National Organization for Women so afraid of people who tell their own real life stories about why they chose to give birth... to their own... child?

Pardon my french, but what the hell is wrong with them?

Or is that it?

Is the agenda that drives the spineless that run the National Organization for Women so weak that they are afraid of a simple television ad?

On O'Reilly tonight, in articles throughout the press today, and dozens of newspapers over the past few days, NOW and other groups that claim to be all about "women's choices" seem to be rejecting the choice of one mom who in 1987 decided to give birth to--when doctors advised her  to abort--a son, that will likely now be the number one draft pick for the 2010 NFL draft.

I have plenty of opinions as to why I believe they are opposing the ad, even going so far as to beg CBS to censor and disallow it. (And they're doing so while never having yet seen the ad.)

But how perverted are the people at the National Organization for Women, when the message of a mother giving birth to her son is offensive?
