Watch/Listen: CLICK HERE ON THE KEVIN McCULLOUGH SHOW: 1. THE HEADLINE ITEM: Guess which political party spent the most money on advertising this election cycle? Guess who has more of it still on hand? We will hear from an array of voices touching this issue, as we head into the final full day before the election, and of course take your calls. Disagree with me here: 877.572.8446. 2. THE PRACTICAL DILEMMA: New York City would like to pass a law to ban something women across the nation would no doubt enjoy - an end to the ever unwanted "cat call." Or is it completely unwanted? In New York City, women who dress modestly tend not to get cat calls. The women who do tend to receive them... don't. Is this a problem that is necessary for a law to be written in order for it to be fixed? 3. THE DAILY GOD THOUGHT: "The first thing God does is get us grounded on strong reality and truth. He does this until our cares for ourselves individually have been brought into submission to His way for the purpose of His redemption."

ON BALDWIN/McCULLOUGH RADIO:
1. Today's rally on the mall in Washington was a mockery of America, or so says Stephen Baldwin. Going so far as to believe that Stewart and Colbert were exploiting the people that came, and using the rather vapid ignorance of the masses for a laugh... is it fair? Is it right? Will it/did it make any difference in how someone will vote on Tuesday? Thoughts: 800.345.9622. 2. Speaking of those elections, its put up or shut up time. All the push polling, all the get out the vote efforts, all the drama, the last minute scandals, and the over all fear of the other side winning. Will you vote on Tuesday, why or why not? Thoughts: 800.345.9622. Baldwin/McCullough Resources: The Kind of Man Every Man Should Be . MuscleHead Revolution: Overturning Liberalism with Commonsense Thinking . THE HEADLINE ITEM: How far will President Obama go to win the U.S. Senate? Would he go so far as to throw a fresh-faced African American (who is an actual democrat) overboard, in order to gain a possible independent who wouldn't be a caucusable colleague. Yet it appears that not only was President Obama perfectly happy to throw his party overboard, it may have been his actual strategy . Disagree with me here: 877.572.8446. 2. THE PRACTICAL DILEMMA: Facebook to blame for a dead child in which the mother was too obsessed with playing her online? Does Mommy get the death penalty? Did she get her farmville farm built? Inquiring non-Florida minds want to know... 3. THE DAILY GOD THOUGHT: " The modern view of the death of Jesus is that He died for our sins out of sympathy for us. And will their hateful downspeak to you and I cause us to vote more in line with them or against them. Behar, Maher, Crist, and others, example after example - the left believes every day people are too stupid to know how to vote properly. Disagree with me here: 877.572.8446. 2. THE PRACTICAL DILEMMA: The first of its kind "trans fat citation" has been issued in Metro Baltimore... ironically to an eatery named "Healthy Choice." The owner has pledged to do all that he can to comply, following the $100 fine. Though if it were me, I think I'd just prefer the fattier butter in my sweet potatoes. What say you? 877.572.8446

San Francisco, Chicago, and now Portland are all entering the elections with the issue of possibly changing you gets to vote next go around being "fundamentally transformed." Should non-citizens get the "right" to vote? Disagree with me here: 877.572.8446. 2. THE PRACTICAL DILEMMA: In this day and age, have we lost the ability to play practical jokes? This student sets off a smoke bomb. It smokes up a good bit. The school evacuates everyone, one teacher falls and injures himself. The student who did it was later arrested and charged for the crime. Overreaction, just right, or should they have been harder? What say you? 877.572.8446

Because of the beating that the President is anticipating coming his way there is word that he is changing his focus, perhaps to concentrate on the deficit. But this woman wants the President to take on yet another challenge. Is it time to take on the Drug Cartels of Mexico? What do you want to see the President focus on 10 days from now. Parting Bonus: Here's where he's headed immediately after the election. Disagree with me here: 877.572.8446. 2. THE PRACTICAL DILEMMA: All the recent discussion of bullying has people in America believing that bullies are now the most dangerous people on the planet. But maybe not. In fact a new perspective is arguing that some bullying might actually not be the worst thing a child may experience. What say you? 877.572.8446

ON BALDWIN/McCULLOUGH RADIO:
1. A 10 yr old kid dials 911 from his home phone when he didn't like the dinner his Dad made for him. Ever wonder how much of our precious emergency resources are wasted on calls like this? Should the kid be punished? Should the Dad be fined? Should 911 have stayed on the line? How do we fix the silliness that could've distracted 911 from saving a life? Thoughts: 800.345.9622. 2. An African American GOP candidate for Congress from Texas pronounced some mighty mean things about the Obama administration. But now that he's challenging the incumbent, the local ABC News outfit is trying to say that he's retracting what he said--implying he's not trust-worthy. Oddly we agree with what he said then, and now... How 'bout you? Thoughts: 800.345.9622. 3. A DOUBLE-BALDWIN Hour 2 - Alec Baldwin cut a PSA which was a crudely attempted comedic treatment of redefining the definition of marriage for New York State. Hear from Alec, Stephen, and Kevin (the non-Baldwin) in hour 3 as the gloves come off. (Golf gloves, no boxers in this bunch. Thoughts: 800.345.9622. He said so--telling his experiences--as an analyst, where his experiences and impressions are what is asked for. But NPR fired Juan Williams, and then slighted him and called him crazy. Meanwhile plenty of others have said more offensive things than Juan, but are still employed by NPR. Proving the litmus test of the left is growing less tolerant . I vote to defund NPR! Disagree with me here: 877.572.8446. 2. THE PRACTICAL DILEMMA: It helps your child develop a better vocabulary, learn math, and recognize shapes, colors and sizes more immediately. ALSO: Bonus, we've learned to decode the Obama GOTV effort. Disagree with me here: 877.572.8446. 2. THE PRACTICAL DILEMMA: This week a friend of mine, who has a little girl--around 7--got notice that the girl was feigning sickness to stay home and be with her two parents who happened to be home that day. My friend felt she needed to be disciplined. I said "no!" To me if the girls wants more time with Mom and Dad, that's never a punishable offense. 877.572.8446

Nobody believes that we can't afford to cut $700 billion in taxes, but spend $4,000,000,000 for a health care bill that 80% of America does not want, and 56% of Americans want repealed. Just one reason why so many polls are showing the GOP taking perhaps both houses in November. Disagree with me here: 877.572.8446. 2. 1. The Tyra Banks show this week featured an episode on "teen sex addicts" (are there such things). But one of the underage kids Tyra had on, appears to have not had the legal clearance to appear, and the mother of the 15 year old girl is ticked. Is the case worth the 3 million bucks the mother is suing for? Furthermore what does the mother do regarding the future of her relationship with her own daughter? Thoughts: 800.345.9622. 2. Two days ago the headlines told the story of a woman who died because she didn't have the $1.99 for an asthma inhaler and evidently the pharmacist wouldn't just flat out give her one. Liberals will say this is why all health care services should be free. No cost. Then an asthma patient who is too poor to afford an inhaler will never be treated this way again. (Please someone again try to explain how it was?) Has now taken one additionally bold step, instructing all of the military to halt all enforcement of DADT while the appeal on her ruling is proceeding. Ipso facto, she made up the law as it is now being enforced, without one single voter getting any say on it whatsoever. Disagree with me here: 877.572.8446. 2. THE PRACTICAL DILEMMA: The Texas Rangers win their first playoff series in the history of their franchise, the team makes a thoughtful gesture to one of its players, and instead of using champagne as their victory beverage of choice, they use ginger ale. Much to the scorn of all those reporting on the story today. Was it really necessary? Does it help or harm the image of the team? Is it really smirk-worthy as everyone reports on it today? 877.572.8446
3. THE DAILY GOD THOUGHT: "We may have the vision of God and a very clear understanding of what God wants, and yet when we start to do it, there comes to us something equivalent to Moses’ forty years in the wilderness. THE PRACTICAL DILEMMA: A gubernatorial candidate says, "Children should not attend gay pride parades," and he is instantly labeled a homophobe. His rationale for saying so is based on the indecency of the events. Would not every honorable parent in the nation agree? Do a simple Google search and see for yourself what turns up at Gay Pride marches all over the nation. Nudity to bondage and everything in between. ON BALDWIN/McCULLOUGH RADIO:
1. The death of Tyler Clementi was tragic, avoidable, and murderously cruel. Though the circumstances weren't such where charges could be filed, many have taken up the Clementi death as an example of bullying and are now pushing for greater criminal reach into lives of those who are cruel to others. Are they necessary? Is bullying worse today than 30 years previous? Are there other agendas or groups who are seeking to advance their causes through the veil of stopping the bullies? Thoughts: 800.345.9622. 2. 'GLEE' the television series that features song and dance routines from a talented cast of performers in the setting of a high school Glee club is a dangerous show for families. Most significantly because it was touted at a recent television expo in Los Angeles as the most "family friendly" television show in 2010. The passive brainwashing it attempts most weeks is far more subtle than this last week's episode titled "Grilled Cheezus." The "theme" of the week was "God and Spirituality." But little of what the average American thinks or believes about God was actually represented. GLEE's writers have made the plot as patently offensive, as the cast is as good at performing the musical numbers. And more people are beginning to say, "The trade off is worth it no more."
