Hey looky here... another day dawns and (surprise!!!!!) Drudge hits Huck at the behest of the Romney campaign.

In today's edition the title: HUCKABEE SLAMS BUSH WHITE HOUSE so totally overstates the case of the story that he then links to its embarrassing...

It's sort of like Hugh getting to release a radio commentary that slams Huck up one side and down another - without ever mentioning that he was commissioned to write Mitt's book, and is jockeying for the Press Secretary's position in the Romney White House.

Only 20 more days...

Huck really
should stop giving Drudge so much great material.

maybe tomorrow you'll see a headline about the $122,000 worth of "gifts" he was given by people he gave appointments to in his government.

Hewitt Question

Was Hugh Hewitt really commissioned to write his book about Romney?

I've never heard that before. Is it true?

I doubt that Hewitt is jockeying for the press secretary position, and I'm guessing that the idea that he was commissioned to write his book may be just as baseless.

Republican Suit
Mike Huckabee has ventured off into foreign policy. He is attacking Bush on the Iraq War. Worse, he sounds like he hired a Dem speech writer.

He sounds like he borrowed lines from Obama (another foreign policy genius). He sounds a lot like John Edwards on fiscal policy and Obama on foreign policy.

Basically he is a Democrat in a Republican Suit.

Huck has slammed
Everyone but Bush up until now. Guess he had to get that off his chest.I guess Rd Rollins thinks he went to work for a Dem. This should get a lot of play in the media because they agree with Huck on this. They know the dem candidates suck so if they can get Huck elected, they'll feel good. They'll just have to eat that pro-life thing.

Drudge mad about gay mariage
Matt is mad because Huck is a Christian and is against gay marriage.
end of story.

oh yeah he has nore foreigh plicy experience than romey he has been to at least twenty differnt foreign as governor of arkansas for 10 years

what foreign policy experience does romney have? ZERO!
Sarah writes: Saturday, December, 15, 2007 4:45 AM
Tom - whatever the number of abortions
Mitt would ensure that they are "safe and legal" - and ensure some money is be left over to pay for cheap illegal labor. Never mind, who needs to pay illegal workers when you can just fire them at the pretense of not knowing they were illegal. Hugh and romniacs want americans to believe that a great businessman like Mitt "forgot" to ask if the company he was hiring uses illegal aliens. All americans know, the price quoted to him for the job should have been a clue that the workers are not american laborers with benefits.

Sarah
You are so full of misinformation that it is pathetic.
1. Google "An Open Letter Regarding Governor Mitt Romney". Learn what he did in Massachusetts to protect life.
2. You have no idea what Mitt paid for landscaping, and neither do I. Romney handled this issue just as it should have been handled. When he learned of the use of illegal aliens, he warned the landscaping owner. When he didn't comply, Romney fired him. The next time, Sarah, you go into a restaurant, be sure to ask if any of the employees are illegal. I'm sure you won't want to eat there. Then, good luck finding such a restaurant.
3. Mitt is, indeed, a great businessman. Therein must be your envy, and your wrath. Those who resent his wealth misunderstand that he earned this wealth. It was not given him (he donated his father's estate to charity).
If you were not so hateful as you are unresearched, you might gain some understanding.

New game for Huck
Now he's engaged in class warfare against Romney. Huck leaves no liberal attack line unturned. http://news.yahoo.com/s/ap/20071215/ap_po/republicans_clas s_warfare;_ylt=AszwaNnkR7dgO1.FRElQbqys0NUE

Huck's Not a True Republican
Anybody notice that Bush has been proven to be right about the GWOT?? His administration has broken up more than 100 terrorist plots to blow up Americans before they could come to fruition. In Afghanistan and Iraq, the Islamo-fascists are down for the count and both U.S.-friendly governments are more secure and more in charge than ever. We just scored a major victory in Afghanistan, and the violence and casualty numbers are way down in Iraq. 50 million people have been liberated, thanks to President Bush, and the troops are starting to come home.

Then along comes Huckabee, a man with ZERO foreign policy experience or judgement to attack our president, who has kept us safe despite hundreds of millions of human beings on the planet who want to see us dead because we won't convert to Islam. Drudge, once again, is performing a great public service. Little wonder that 17 million Americans go to his site every day to get the news.

Romney buying election for $20 BILLION
Romney's compbany, Bain, has just bought Clear Channel Communications (Rush, Hannity, etc) for $20 Billion: http://www.boston.com/business/articles/2007/05/19/lee_bai n_team_will_buy_clear_channel/

Huck is the one who nearly quoted Obama
word for word with the "bunker mentality" line. Just what is Drudge supposed to say,

"Huck uses Dem line about Bush Whitehouse but Didn't Really Mean it That Way"?

Stop your baby whining bellyaching. Huck has invited the criticism, and he is taking no less than other candidates have already taken.

Deal.With.It.

huck
i guess huck doesnt appreciate the fact that
we have not been attacked in 6 years ! so he's going to join the hillary, edwards, obama team
and offer his international expertise..that he learned by dealing with tyson chickens! the more you learn about him.....yuck!this guy is so far out of his league..its frightening..just keep talking mike..all those preachers in iowa may be a little smarter than mike thinks they are!
remember the quote about obama(by romney) "he went from jane fonda to dr. strangelove in one week!" ha ha ha ! mike went from "tough turkey..

Sour grapes
Drudge is an equal opportunity new breaker. He goes after republicans. He goes after democrats. But loves to after hypocrites. And Huckabee is just churning out the hypocrisy these days . . .

hence the headlines.
Miket53 writes: Saturday, December, 15, 2007 4:10 PM
Huck is trying
Gotta give Huckabee credit for trying to make noise. Maybe he ventured where he shouldn't have or maybe he needs to fine tune the message but he's trying. At least he isn't jumping in the mud like the Dems are. The Hillary and Obama camps may be committing political suicide with the cocaine war. Do they realize that feeds the image of lousy politicians. Huckabee ignores the trash and attempts to address real issues. Thompson should be up there as well but has been relatively quiet.

Hey Dr Dave
Thats great news!! Love Romney!!
Sarah writes: Saturday, December, 15, 2007 10:37 PM
Tyler - americans know that when a
person wants to hire contractors, he or she asks for multiple bids - the cheapest bid normally indicates that the employees are not being paid using the department of labor laws - Do you and other Romniacs think americans are stupid? About money.....I have enough to keep me smiling and blogging. About envying Romney? He is a man who believes he is a god who will procreate eternal worshippers - I feel sorry for him and the people who he is paying to endorse him! Do you think if Romney wasn't buying endorsements he would get anybody to endorse him? Why are his polls so stagnant despite the amount of money he has spent in the past 3 years? Conservative values are not for sale - sorry!

The Truth will out!
The truth is Huckabee isn't ready for primetime! It is becoming more evident every day! If Iowa gives him a nod, it says a lot about Iowa and it isn't pretty.

Errors....
Elvis: Are you suggesting that we haven't been attacked in 6+ years because W invaded Iraq? Al-Q is alive and well.

Dave: news flash! London, Madrid, the Phillipines have all been attacked by Al-Q since 9/11. The London plot was discovered with zero help from the Patriot Act.

BG: Actually, Huck is what a Republican used to be.

Cornpone Harry: I doubt that's it. Drudge is gay himself.
Eileen Ireland writes: Monday, December, 17, 2007 10:06 AM
Drudge?
Christian's first three comments are 100% correct.

But the fourth? Drudge is gay? Et tu, Matt?

You should see Drudge's latest hit piece
His latest headline says "HUCKABEE AD FEATURES FLOATING 'CROSS'... DEVELOPING..."

When you watch the ad for yourself, you can clearly see that the 'cross' is really a shelf. Drudge is really digging for things to hammer Huckabee on and is quickly losing credibility.
