:
In Hour One... He's the author
of a brand new best-selling book
, he's
the hottest weekend show
on Fox News Channel, and he stops by to prognosticate on 2009--Governor Mike Huckabee joins us at 9:20pm EST.
PLUS: First it was investment banks, then mortgage companies, then automakers... Now it's newspapers, the steel industry, and Governors. The TRILLIONS of dollars yet to be dished out by our government... how do you vote? 800.345.9622 your calls welcomed.

2. So WHY did they arrest her
:
In Hour Two... We all want out teenagers to do the right thing. Every police officer has discretion on what he chooses to enforce. So if
a 17 year old girl decides to report herself as being intoxicated and behind the wheel of a vehicle
--but not actually driving, shouldn't the police applaud her for getting it right? "Don't cuff me bro!" Agree/Disagree - and if you disagree you get to go to the front of the line... 800.345.9622.

improvements for 2009
I love your radio show and you and Stephen have wonderful chemistry. I have one suggestion for and improvement in 2009. Last week you did a show asking for listeners to give suggestions. Here is mine: Please tell Stephen to quit being late to the radio show. I think this is the second time he has been late. Kevin, what if you were late? The show would not begin on time. I think he is being a little irresponsible, or either that is how you present it when you say "I don't know where he is".
