From someone who disagrees with me:
Sir,
You twist the truth so that it stirs attention and makes you look grand. Be sure that pride goes before the fall. Last time I checked Dec.1 was a Friday and not a scheduled worship time for Saddleback Church. So could it be that Obama is speaking at a conference just as Rick Warren said he was and not “preaching to the congregation” as you slander? I suppose by my reply you are getting just what you want: attention. Nevertheless, the day will come when all men will give an account of their lives before the Creator. May God show you mercy in your arrogance, deceitfulness and hatred towards one of His.

My response:
Mark,
Could you please kindly point out where I said anything about Barack Obama speaking on a Sunday?
I believe I also said that Obama was "speaking" to the gathered faithful - ON December 1st.
I have neither deceived nor miscontrued the facts. This Friday - Senator Obama is scheduled to speak to those gathered at Saddleback Church. That is what I stated from the beginning and that sir - is still accurate at this minute. My larger point is that for Obama to take the stage of any Bible believing church is an unbiblical thing. That also is a true and accurate statement.
I even said
in the column that it was risky for me to speak out on the matter because of the backlash that would be focused at me. Your e-mail, calling me names, asserting that I am arrogant - proves my point.
Still - the dilemma is that Warren has invited someone who is hostile to God to share God's platform with him - and that is immoral.
What Pastor Mark will you be willing to do concerning that?
