For all the big talk about how he needed to use the text of his faith to be sworn in with, it turns out that Keith Ellison is all blow and no go.

Burning up the news feeds today the headlines have been obsessed with Ellison's exploitation of Thomas Jefferson's copy of the Quran for his swearing in as a new Congressman.

But FOX NEWS just reported at 1:38 this afternoon that Ellison took his oath of office on the floor of the House - as did all the rest of the House of Representatives.

In a non-official photo-op Ellison copped a feel of the former president's historic copy of an English translation of the Islamic text...

If there is any "controversy" of 2006 that should cause conservatives to blush, it is this one.

I thought the left cites Thomas Jefferson's "walls of separation" phrase to ban Christian symbols from America. Now Ellison wants to use Jefferson to suggest that islam is wonderful. The people who should be blushing are the anti-Christian, commie lefties who won't stop until they completely rewrite history where America was founded upon every fool thing EXCEPT Christianity. Give me a break. With any luck at all, Ellison will be voted out next term on his butt where he belongs.
