TONIGHT with Rick Sanchez, 8pm EST
Here’s what K and other mouthpieces for the GOP know, but would never admit.
It is exactly what is different when one of these scandals visits the Right: the Germans call it “Schadenfreude,” taking pleasure at another's misfortune.
No one that I know of on the Left runs around the country screaming "Family Values," Born Again Christianity and bashing the gays.
The Left leaves the moral posturing to the GOP, who have successfully used it as red meat for their base for years (and probably for the last time, considering the results of the last election and the current group of GOP front-runners).
So it’s obvious that when any one of these holier-than-thou’s get’s their due (and the list is endless: Jimmy Swaggart, Jim Bakker, Newt, DeLay, Haggard, Bill Bennett, Dr. Laura, etc., etc.) no one is too surprised or too sad. |

Hey, Christian -- we must be on the same wave length. You're 100% right. It's all politics.
I never once heard Clinton calim to be morally superior to anyone.
Anyway, no one would have been too upset with Clinton if only Monica hadn't been so ugly. |

And that's exactly why Hillary will win.
Rudy could beat her (and easily, too). You'll never hear him talking "morals" and "religion." Everyone knows he's personally flawed. But he'll never get the nomination for the exact same reason.
And Mitt could probably beat her, too. He's squeaky clean, almost never talks about morals. But the Values Voters won't allow him to get the nomination, either, just because he's a Mormon. No other reason.
So, Hillary wins. |

There is certainly a large amount of homophobic commentors out there who are really gay. I don't know KM sex life (really would rather not), but I do know loyalty, something that seems lacking in the extreme right of my party. |

If Clinton had claimed to be morally superior to anyone, he would have been laughed out of Washington. Christians are human, and they do fail....sometimes resoundingly, but they have a duty given them by their Savior to reach as many of the lost as they can. If you choose to remain lost, that's your choice, but I don't see how you can blame the one trying to throw you a life preserver. |

You lost your argument in the first sentence.
The point is that Clinton DIDN'T claim moral superiorty.
We're all lost, we are all sinners and we all need salvation.
My sins are no different from yours, Clinton's or this pathetic Craig's. |
