Follow the bouncing racial ball... Barack Obama is the presumptive Democratic nominee for President. Being half-black makes him the "historical" candidate. This "historical" half-white black man raised money and campaigned for (wait for it...) Robert Byrd in 2006 - the only current member of the United States Senate who has also been a Grand Kleagle in the Ku Klux Klan AND who used the "N" word as recently as 2002.
Now - as it turns out - one of the leading candidates by nearly everyone's assessment that I've heard from - for Obama's VP position turns out to be
a huge fan of the confederacy. (You know the portion of the nation that attempted to disjoin itself because they believed so adamantly that white people had the right to OWN black people...
