One rule to always remember about liberal-speak:

When they run around talking about being more "even-handed with Israel" it only means one thing, "Asking Israel to be less aggressive in defending herself."

If the substance of this article turns out to be true, then it looks like Obama may finally be ready to keep one of his campaign promises.

The one where he sits down with a terror organization without pre-condition.

For those who are confused about this matter Hamas is a terror organization that has posted its desires to eliminate Israel from the face of the earth--even online. They are bankrolled by Iran, and they have no desire to live peacefully with Israel. (Hence the thousands of missiles they've been shooting into Israel for the better part of the last two years.)

"Opening a channel" to pigs like Hamas does nothing in the Islamic conflict except communicate to them that the U.S. is only ready to sit down and talk.

These are not human beings were are dealing with they are Islamofreaks who believe the 12th Imam is on his way. They view their responsibility in this matter as the ones who must prepare that way. And one of the issues in doing so is eliminating the nation of Israel completely. (Hence why Ahmedinijhad repeatedly talks about doing so.)

By the way... they believe that anyone who stands with Israel is the same foul beast they view Israel as.

So long story short...

Hamas, Hezbollah, Iran, and other Shihite muslims will continue to threaten Israel, attack Israel, and attempt to wipe Israel off the map.

Obama will "respond" by giving a speech and saying something about how we need to communicate with all involved (regardless of who actually started it) and tell them all to play nicely with each other.

Shihites will then respond by killing more Israelis and if we stand with them, then turn their sites on us.

Obama will then give another speech... point his finger wave his hand back and forth and look indignant.

Iran, Hamas, and Hezbollah will register laughter on the range of picking it up in space by satellites...

At which point Obama will reluctantly call Bill Clinton to ask him what he should do.

To which the former president will finally return the call upon completion of his "activity."

About that time, we Americans will wonder if "Hope and Change" really was all it would take to create a universe in which unicorns excrete rainbows, and telling these people to "play nice" would solve the problem...
