persons committing to each other increases, causes, or contributes to teenage prostitution?
Prostitution (teenage prostitution too) has been around a very long time. Nor do I think Massachusetts is the first state to deal with teen sex slavery.
As far as gay marriage goes, let them have civil unions or marriages if they wish. It has no effect on my marriage and probably will net benefit rather than hurt society. |

a whole Joe.
In every nation where marriage has been redefined, marriage rates drop.
It's not YOUR marriage that becomes endangered - its marriage at large.
And in every society where homosexual behavior is increasingly looked upon favorably - abuse of children increases...
The ultimate sexual radicals don't want homosexuality, or adultery, or any other form of "alternative" sexuality...
The goal is sex with children. |

It is not gay marriage that is erroding marriage, it is a societal errosion that it is ok not to be married or make a serious commitment. Divorce rates have been going down from their highs when no fault divorces started. But many people are not marrying at all, having kids, etc. That errosion is not because of gays wanting to get married.
http://althouse.blogspot.com/2008/06/being-gay-is-like-belo nging-to.html Erroding gay culture and making gays act more...domestic.
As for the "the goal is sex with children." There is not a correlation between sexual radicals and proponents of gay marriage. You state "And in every society where homosexual behavior is increasingly looked upon favorably - abuse of children increases..." Can you show me the study or evidence that confirms that?
I am not for judges imposing gay marriage like Massachusetts did. But if legislatures or voting referendums do it, fine by me. I would vote for it. |

Oh crackpot, you really are losing it.
Why not just admit that you hate everyone who isn't you, including your wife. It will save everyone the time. |

By California - because not only did Judges mandate it - they did so overriding the directly expressed will of the population of the state.
As to erosion. Don't you find it highly ironic - that the erosion in the countries mentioned concurs directly with the passage of redefining of marriage?
I will grant you no-fault divorce is the ball that started the whole thing... |

Again, KMC is laughably wrong.
Sex with children? Well, the FBI disagrees with you. Go to their web site and read the facts: The FBI profile on a child molester is a straight, white male. NOT a gay or les.
Are you claiming to know more on this subject than the FBI, Kevin?
Congrats to all the newlywed gay/lesbians. Your happiness in no diminishes my marriage, the McCullough marriage or any other.

I never cease to be amazed at the depth of your ignorance.
BTW, why is it that you never served in the military? Disparage Jim Webb all you will, but at least he had the balls to serve in uniform.

What is so wrong with a state dealing with the problem of teen sex slavery? I'm sure runaway teens getting involved in prostitution is not unique to just Massachusetts so a better question might be "why aren't more states combatting teen sex slavery?"
Also, marriage has been redefined in the US before and has probably been redefined many times over the years in every single country. The changing of the institution of marriage is not a new idea and is not some random thing that only gay people have come up with.
Finally, KMC, will you please provide some sources for the "facts" in your 8:55 post? |

Dear Ca --
KMC will never answer your posting. He will throw out these ridiculous postings, but never answer a single challenge to them.
He writes: "marriage at large" is threatened.
Of course, he cannot cite one specific, measurable, verifiable way in which his marriage, my marriage or any other marriage is in any way damaged, so he has to rely on such GOP generalities as "marriage at large" to try to raise fears.
This is what the Republican party has eroded into: smug little men with smug little schemes who rely on vague threats.
These are the same Neo-Con freakazoids who gave us the "smoking gun that will be a mushroom cloud."
I'm sure they will line up to throw rice at Mary Cheney and her wife.

C'mon KMC. Tell us why YOU didn't think the US military was worth serving in.
Crickets sing their song.

"And in every society where homosexual behavior is increasingly looked upon favorably - abuse of children increases..."
So I guess that by that logic societies that frown upon homosexual behavior treat their children well, right? Well, you know what societies REALLY don't think look upon homosexuals favorably? Muslim societies. The "Islamo-fascists" and terrorist sympatizers. They have the EXACT same views on this matter that you have! But I guess the child abuse rates must be pretty low in those places, according to Mr. McCullough.
As a matter of fact, Khalid Sheikh Mohammed recently made statements regarding California's same-sex marriage that echo Kevin McCullough's sentiments exactly... Google away!
So don't believe that baloney about terrorists supporting Obama or any other democrat... Their social agenda is much closer to that of KMC. |
