Campaigning from the pulpit!

What's breaking a little campaign law when you hate America, lie about deeply important racial issues, tell fantastic whoppers like "America started AIDS", have no disregard for scripture, and regularly drop "F-bombs" on God's people?

Ellen Aprill, an associate dean at Loyola Law School in Los Angeles and a former adviser to the Treasury Department on matters including nonprofit tax law, says she believes those sermons are “clearly a violation. They’re naming names.”

Donald Tobin, an associate dean at Ohio State University law school, who formerly worked for the Justice Department on nonprofit tax matters, adds that nonprofits cannot make endorsements or engage in a “pattern and practice that is designed to support one candidate over another.” After being read sections of the Trinity sermons by the Journal, he said, “There does seem to be a pattern of attempting to tip the scales in a way for Barack Obama. And churches shouldn’t be doing that.”

BTW I found a fantastic article…A MUST read for EVERYONE “The Hussein Dynamic” at http://savagepolitics.com.
Brilliant writing that goes beyond what the MSM is feeding us!!!!

Here is an excerpt: “The issue of Barack Obama’s religious definition has captivated many Americans to the point were charges of terrorism and counter charges of racism have been thrown into the fray of the discussion, aimed at either side. To many Liberal Americans, whether or not Obama is a Muslim (or was a Muslim) is irrelevant to the feelings of “hope” and “change” that he inspires in them, which they consider to have a higher merit than petty religious or ethnic associations. To many Conservative Americans, the mere allocation of any candidate within the realm of Islam is sufficient reason to vote against him, irrespective of the details that may lie in the penumbra of his personal story. Either way, it is impossible for any citizen to make an intelligent assessment of either perspective, without knowing the details and the relevant information regarding Mr. Obama’s past. Unlike the Mainstream Media, who has automatically assumed that Obama has no relation to Islam, in a vague attempt to paint themselves as “reasonable” and “progressives”, most thinking citizens should not follow suit. There is ample evidence to make any reasonable citizen conclude that the Obama campaign and the Media have been hiding some crucial elements of this candidate’s past that should become widely known and discussed in the open. Let us then ask ourselves; Is Barack Obama a Muslim?” get the rest at http://savagepolitics.com/?p=171

Obama's views on race and religion
Do you guys see a troubling nexus between the American black muslim movement (a la Farrakan)and the politics of liberation theology (a la James Cone)expounded by the Rev. Wright? I would be the last person to make race or religion an issue in an election for POTUS, except in the case of Obama. His is not a "church" in the traditional sense. It is steeped in racial politics. Wright demonizes whites and what he calls the white Christian church. Asking where Obama stands on issues of race and religion seems not only fair but imperative. I hope the media will do its job and sort this all out and educate the voters.

OBAMA turns a blind eye towards RACISM?!
It appears Obama's minister, (racist) Rev. Jeremiah Wright's agenda only includes that of black people. I would never EVER worship in a racist church, but apparently that doesn't affect Obama. It would make me TERRIBLY UNCOMFORTABLE & feel SACRELIGIOUS. I guess Obama turns a blind eye towards racism...would he if it were directed towards blacks?

I think it's absolutely loathesome how some (like Wrightabigot & Huckabigot) hide behind religion to self indulgently promote their own agenda. (Apparently there were some Evangelical ministers preaching from the pulpit encouraging voters to vote for Huckabigot).

Doesn't Oprah worship w/ Rev.Wright???

This subject, along w/ Obamas affiliations w/ facist Louie Farrakhan & domestic terrorist Bill Ayers deserve delving into. To be in close affiliation w/ any of these characters is questionable...I don't want a racist president.

Looks like Obama has some 'splainin to do!

My opinion
"What's breaking a little campaign law when you hate America, lie about deeply important racial issues, tell fantastic whoppers like "America started AIDS",..."

I'd say you would have mirror image of "Pastor" John Hagee. He certainly hates America, otherwise he wouldn't be trying to get it destroyed with the lunatic idea he will be "raptured" out of here by starting WW III.

Aprill's comment about AIDS sounds little removed from this equally stupid comment by Hagee:

Hagee on Hurricane Katrina "All hurricanes are acts of God because God controls the heavens. I believe that New Orleans had a level of sin that was offensive to God and they were recipients of the judgment of God for that." [NPR Fresh Air, 9/18/06]"

They are both lunatics.

Do you care to answer this question below for me?
=======

After that little bit of lying and taking out of context you tried to do to Dr. Paul over Don Black and that $500 donation, are you going to demand that McCain give back the $2300 donation he got from his good friend christofascist John Hagee?

"Well I think it's important to note that pastor John Hagee who has supported and endorsed my candidacy supports what I stand for and believe in. When he endorses me, it does not mean that I embrace everything that he stands for and believes. And I am very proud of the Pastor John Hagee's spiritual leadership to thousands of people and I am proud of his commitment to the independence and the freedom of the state of Israel."

This is a weak repudiation compare to what Paul has said about Black. Paul did repudiate Black. Hagee is much worse than Black due to the number of rapture bunnies he controls. I wonder how much of a Hageeite you are? Do you believe the Catholic church is "the whore of babylon" as this anti-Catholic bigot does?

You’re are a hypocrite.

nativeeyes clarify white sheep!
It's a term you've used loosely on many occassion & you've been asked to clarify.
So, what does White Sheep mean???

Bill Ayers is an admitted domestic terrorist. He turned himself in for several bombings. The case(s) were dismissed because of wiretapping accusations to get info. HE HAS ADMITTED IT. DON'T YOU WATCH THE NEWS? (apparently not)

Let's review the indisputable facts...
Anyone running for president who is exposed as being associated w/ ilk such as fascist Louie Farrakhan, domestic terrorist Bill Ayers, & worships under/with a black supremacist minister Dr. Jeremiah Wright is bound to be examined. He chose to do business w/ a controversial businessman Tony Rezko.

Obama supporters don't like what they're finding out! Obama supporters need to realize the clearly questionable choices Obama & his wife have deliberately made are up for examination.

As the old saying goes Birds Of A Feather Flock Together. The Obamas have flocked w/ some ruthless scoundrels knowing full well who & what the are!
