Psst...

Don't tell a soul - but McCain has (to borrow my friend Jason Mattera's terminology) 'whupped' Obama silly thus far in August.


While McCain is in the heartland talking to Harley dudes about the need for Congress to get back into session and find comprehensive solutions to the energy crisis. And evidently doing so in such a way so as to have Paris Hilton *SPOOF* a better energy policy than his opponent's...

Barack is heading overseas to continue raising money for his President of the World coronation...

Yes - that plays super swell where families are foregoing the summer vacation - even in the mini-van because they can't afford the energy to drive. Though Obama thinks if they fill up their tires they will suddenly counter-balance their lack of actual fuel...

In addition Gwyneth and Clooney seem more concerned about the overseas American citizenry voting than ever before...

I wonder if they will extend that consideration and "strong concern" for our brave men and women who are in harms way - defending our freedoms - and being labeled 'baby-killers' by these same ex-pats...
