Right-wing preachers have been saying just as nutty stuff for decades and no one on the GOP side seems to care. In fact, they have been leading this failed President around by the nose for the past 8 years. Suddenly it's a problem?

What sense is there in Pat Robertson, Jerry Falwell, "Dr." James Dobson and James Hagee claiming to elect, instruct and cousel this failed President?

While I have no particular objection to successful clergy living well, it seems a little unseemly that someone who's success was made in large part by damning 'the rich' one way or another would then benefit by being given the exclusive use of a 10k sf mansion.

Instead, that $10MM could have been used to help, like, a thousand families buy homes of their own by setting up gifting and loan programs through the church.

Perfect sense
Of course we Christians have permitted idiots like Falwell and Robertson to speak for all of us. It's a darn disgrace because those people are the most extreme fringe lunatic right of Christianity and represent a tiny minority.

NEVER forget that Falwell said that 9/11 was because of gays, abortions, etc. And NEVER forget that Robertson sat there nodding like a dashboard dog.

What's the difference between that and Obama's minister saying the same thing? Nothing!
