I spend a lot of time taking care of children and the idea of a stranger entering the home in the middle of the day and partially strip searching the children I nanny based off an anonymous tip is an absolutely appalling thought...but it's something a family in Florida had to deal with in real life.

Recently, a "social worker showed up at the family's home when the father was at work -- and out of fear and intimidation, the mother let the social worker into the home to interview her children, even though the worker neither had a warrant nor would disclose why she was there."

The social worker "then partially stripped the children and searched them, but found nothing."

Where are the people standing up to protect and defend the constitutional rights of this mother? Where are the people who demand the rights of privacy that would allow Planned Parenthood to give abortions to young girls without parental notification? Why are none of the same liberals vocalizing their outrage at the right to privacy that this family was denied?

This social worker "broke the law by (1) entering the home and interviewing the children through intimidation; (2) not letting the family know the allegations at the initial visit; and (3) interviewing children whom the allegations did not concern."

SOCIAL WORKER GONE WILD
I WOULD GO TO THE LOCAL OFFICE AND DEMAND TO SPEAK WITH SOMEONE. I WOULD FIND OUT WHO THIS PERSON WAS AND WHY SHE WAS IN MY HOUSE. SHE HAD NO RIGHT. SHE SHOULD HAVE SHOWN HER ID WHEN A SOCIAL WORKER YOU HAVE A BADGE THAT SHOWS YOU ARE WHO YOU SAY YOU ARE AND I WOULD LET THE LOCAL AUTHORITIES KNOW WHAT HAD HAPPENED. THIS IS VERY DANGEROUS. THIS COULD HAVE BEEN ANYONE. NEVER LET ANYONE IN YOUR HOUSE WITHOUT ID AND IF THEY REFUSE CALL LAW ENFORCEMENT.

I AM SORRY THAT THIS HAPPENED

"Social" worker?
People get ready, there's a train a comin'. Lord Obama, the Most Merciful has overcome, and his workers can do no wrong, for HE can do no wrong. If you have nothing to hide, you have nothing to fear. Slavery is Freedom. Surrender to the Obamessiah is mandatory. He will erase the pesky Bill of Rights by Executive Order, surrender our pesky national soverignty to the World Collective, and you shall be happy. For only in despair can true happiness be found. SOUND CRAZY? GET USED TO IT! IT HAS BEGUN.

Social Worker Invasion
The Beginnings Of A POLICE STATE. Who Is To Say This Social Worker Is Not A Pedophile Or Had A Personal Vendetta Or Agenda. This Person Never Would Been Allowed Into My Home Without A Court Order, And Then I Would Have Examined The Order Very Carefully, And Called The Issuing Agency To Verify It.I Would Have Videotaped The Incident Or At Least Taken Stills.
People Must Start Studying Up On Their Rights. We Can Find Out Anything We Want To Today With Our Computers, But People Won't Use Them For Such Things As That. They Are Too Busy Downloading Games Or Music. You Better WAKE UP People And Start Standing Up For Your Rights Or You're Going To Lose Them. Why Are So Many People So Easily Intimidated Anymore?

Don't Invite Them In
In this case, the mother voluntarily permitted the social worker to enter her home. If I were to go to your home, ask to come in and you permit me to come in, then my entrance into your home violates no law.

If you don't want someone in your home, don't invite them in. Problem solved.

I solve problems. That is what I do.
