I wish Alec would make up his mind. When he's imbibing the radical left's talking points he falls under their spell, and
then today he changes his mind.
McCain is not Bush. No matter what you think of McCain, you can't pin that on him.
In the paragraph preceding however he admitted to calling such for months, run through the litany of non-researched assumptions, and then mysteriously comes to the conclusion that *voila* McCain is NOT Bush. According to Alec, "Sarah Palin is."
Never mind the fact that she is more qualified, more dignified, and has more experience in running things than the entire leftist Democratic ticket combined...
He also has some radically misguided notions about our current President to which he then - through transference - lays on Palin. Shallow, poorly researched, and laughable...
But that IS what Alec does best. When he puts his efforts into making us laugh he does well. (And in full disclosure he HAS been on my show, and is the older brother of my current radio partner.) All that being said though, when it comes to politics - he should probably take a pass. Or else engage real folks who actually know the facts and can provide him a better spar...
