Redskins done...
It's one thing to have to endure what had to be the biggest collapse of America's Team in history with only three weeks to go. To have killed New York, who will be the top seed in the NFC, only then to be firmly in command of the game against Baltimore, and then merely having to win on the road in lowly Philly... (Aside from killing New York, the whole thing went south.)
But then, I have to hear the Lovely Bride log on to my OWN BLOG. The Blog that bears my name at the top, and
I have to have my nose rubbed into the mess that was this afternoon's disaster all over again?
How could
my co-blogging comrade do this to me in such a cruel and deeply injurious way? (I believe SHE happens to be a Redskins fan, and if there is one team that had a worse year in the NFC East it was in fact the team from the nation's capital.)
And for those who think I can't deal with reality, you should read
my facebook status and the half dozen I've posted since the 4th quarter of today's game - and the voluntary pain I allow myself to be exposed to by fellow facebookers...
Actually come to think of it 2008 was a pretty stinky year in many respects... let's get to Thursday already!
