One of our faithful readers asked me this intriguingly honest question today by e-mail:
I'm seriously dazed and completely confused. Would someone please explain this to me like I'm a 6 year old? How can 2 million lower income folks who are capable enough to get into Washington DC in sub zero temps in 1 day to see Obama take the oath of office of the Presidency when 200,000 couldn't get out of New Orleans at 85 degrees with four days notice?
Of course the obvious answer is. Ray Nagin isn't the mayor of DC!
