BREAKING: Dan Rather SUES CBS for "fraud!"

I call it Pot/Kettle syndrome but listen to the grounds on which Dan Rather is suing CBS/Viacom for $70 million dollars:

Mr. Rather, 75, asserts that the network violated his contract by giving him insufficient airtime on “60 Minutes” after forcing him to step down as anchor of the “CBS Evening News” in March 2005. He also contends that the network committed fraud by commissioning a “biased” and incomplete investigation of the flawed Guard broadcast and, in the process, “seriously damaged his reputation.”

Tin-ear Dan still refuses to believe that dozens of we terrible bloggers fact-checked his backside into history.

You people have had Rather in your cross hairs since Watergate. Here's a little tidbit: you people still have not been able to discount the substance of the Bush report, only the source. Why didn't George W. Bush report for his TANG physicals? ((Answer: deafening silence))

The entire report was based on FRAUDULENT pages typed on a typewriter that had not been invented. Bloggers fact-checked nearly every detail of this story - and there were dozens of bloggers that uncovered MANY falsehoods in the report.

Wrong.
Kevin's wrong again. The report has been out long before even the 2000 election. It has never been settled, except for you Bush-ies. Bush has never answered this one simple question: Why did he refuse the mandatory physical required three months before his birthday (July 6, 1972). It has nothing to do with Dan Rather, but Townhall kool-aid drinkers will continue to deflect. You're doing a heck of a job, Kevie!

It doesn't matter, Steve. People like Kevin will never ever believe anything negative about their little boy. If one chink in the armor ever appeared, their entire lives would fall apart. All Bush ever had to do is scream "Jesus saved me!" and all the right wingers fell in line and all Bush's sins, crimes, etc., were forgotten, ignored and defended. Sadly, you're wasting your breath.
