...far better than week one...

The Lovely Bride and I are not in complete agreement... Danny Noriega - the girl, (for crying out loud he did a Karen Carpenter arrangement last night - and Paula complimented him for it...) and Luke Menard - the Ken doll who... well... never mind... need to be voted off after Tuesday's performances. (Although it should be noted - they both had better nights than Hillary..) Or so I say...

TLB says Danny "the girl" Noriega, and Robbie "I'm wearing a wig" Carrico need to go...

The way I scored the night based on the evening's performances: (plus their overall score based on performances to date...)

1. David Archuleta - (2)
2. David Hernandez - (3)
3. Michael Johns - (1)
4. David Cook - (5)
5. Chekieze - (5)
6. Jason Castro - (4)
7. Jason Yeager - (7)
8. Robbie Carrico - (8)
9. Luke Menard - (9)
10. Danny Noriega - (10)

Dial Idol is back with the science of the busy signal... The Lovely Bride and I were talking about who we see making it to the top 12. Right now the only ones I feel sure about are Johns, Archuleta, and Hernandez. The girls perform tonight and by Thursday we're down to the top 16...

By the way it was gratifying to see that Idol easily beat the Oscars this week... though by comparison Oscar this year was the least politically polarizing that it has been in years.

Who cares?
Only morons waste their time watching garbage like that. I'm happy to note that I haven't wasted anytime of prime time tv since 1978.

Ryan01 and Idle comment
Hey Ryan- didn't you just waste your time making that comment? Please don't lower yourself to chat with us morons. We won't miss you.

I'm with Kevin McCullough as a Michael Johns fan even though he wasn't as good this week as he should have been. I'd like to see him get very consistent and hit it out of the park every week.

David Archuleta is painfully cute. I can't deny he sings well but he is saccharine.

I had to miss the women so I hope Kevin weighs in about how they did.

Nah, I don't think so. Coming over here from time to time is educational on why the conservative movement in this country is in the mess it's in. Morons indeed.
