In a move that can only be seen as a good one for the safety and security of the American people, the Supreme Court rejected the appeals of 385 Gitmo detainees.
This follows the February ruling that stripped Federal Courts from being able to hear the matter.
Even though the AP spins this as "possibly, only temporary" it appears to these less than expert eyes that there is no where left for the detainees to take their hearings/appeals to sans some sort of military court proceeding.
