Is James Brolin (Mr. Babs) the most vomit-inducing, clueless, tasteless, stool sample ever to walk the planet?
You call it "spin" to hold Bush accountable for the mess that is Iraq?
No, you people would rather find one out-of-work actor and try to divert our attention from the failures of this failed President.
I neither condem or endorse Mr. Brolin's comments. I don't care what he says.
I care about this President and the damage he continues to do.
Nice try, but I ain't buying any more of the GOP propaganda. |

Don't you think we have a few slightly more important things to worry about than some ridiculous comment by James Broiln?
My answer: No, I don't think there are many things more important than protecting our country and preserving our freedom.
Steve Michelson wrote: And last time I checked, James Brolin doesn't have the authority to send soldiers off to die.
My answer: The last time I checked, every single person in the military volunteered to serve. There are currently about 1.5 million active duty personnel in the U.S. Armed Forces, and another 1.2 million in reserves. Do you honestly believe that over two and a half million people joined the military with no expectation of going to war? |

that you both would try to spin this back to President Bush. The point of highlighting this part of James Brolin's interview is to show the outright indecency and insensitivity some liberals have toward others and how their politics and hatred consumes them to the point where everything has to be an attack on the President.
On 9/11, we solemnly remember the day when nearly 3,000 innocent Americans were slaughtered. Last Tuesday across the country we bowed our heads, maybe even offered up a silent prayer, and vowed that we will never, ever let someone attack us like that again.
But some of you chose to spend the day spewing venom and hatred, not toward America's enemies, but toward your fellow Americans.
Instead of honoring the victims of 9/11 and their families, Brolin purposefully and intentionally mocked them. Even when the interviewer gently tried to steer him back, to give him the opportunity to rephrase himself, Brolin just kept going at it. The interviewer, clearly appalled, finally reminded him that he was there to talk about a movie.
You, Steve and Christian, should be ashamed of yourselves for ignoring (even supporting?) such indecency. You and every other liberal I hear are so blinded by your hatred of the President that you've lost all sense of decency, decorum, and common sense. How did you spend 9/11? Did you spend it remembering, or did you spend it hating?
Myself, I took a holiday from talking about politics and went about my work day in quiet respect for the lost and shared sadness for their families. |

Well said, Steve.
These Bush apologists will use anything (even as lame as the husband of an outspoken liberal) to make darn sure we don't talk about their boy.
How many more days we have to suffer through until this little s&*@ is on the dung heap of history and we can start to repair our country? |

If you want to start quoting stupid comments, your beloved President has raise it to an art form.
And last time I checked, James Brolin doesn't have the authority to send soldiers off to die.
