Isn't that how you headline it when the one and only MKH makes an appearance?

She was with me today to discuss the problem of the hostile, IN YOUR FACE, anti-assimilation crowd.

Her newest column, which sits alone atop the "most viewed" columns for Townhall this week, got the ball rolling, and from there the callers took over. Hour 1, Hour 2.

So the questions stands... is Jessica Alba a self-hating Mexican?

Hispanic
The Hispanic community is really several different communities. There are important differences among Northern Mexicans, Central and Southern Mexicans, Central Americans, Columbian and other Northern South Americans, South Americans, Puerto Ricans, Cubans and 2nd and 3rd generation Americans.

We tend to lump them together into a stereo type that they do not fit into neatly. Many of them are not supportive of the current immigration bill.

We need to kill this current bill and then find ways to effectively reach the voters of these different distinct communities. There is no Raza Unita, only some radicals with an agenda.

If the Republican party gets serious about the so called Hispanic vote and stops stereo typing Hispanics it can do much better in the 2008 election.

Assimilation is the problem?
No, the problem is this administraiton. A President who will not or cannot secure the borders (note to all racists: there is more than one border!), while the Vice President declares war on our Constitution.

Spanish-speaking TV stations, etc., are the very least of our problems.

But, it gives the wackos on the fringe right a convenient diversion.

NOBODY COMES OUT OF THE WOMB SPEAKING
ENGLISH!.....It's a learned skill, like any other skill. If the opportunity to triple my income required me to move to Japan, yet being fluent in Japanese was a requirement, should I feel DISCRIMINATED against?........The decision is mine, just like the decision for Mexicans to come to the United States was theirs. They wen't kidnapped! Many actually broke into the country illegaly. Would I expect Japan to alter hundreds of years of culture to accomidate me? The UNITED STATES is a former British colony just like Australia and Canada. If Mexicans wish to migrate to a former Spainish colony, the weather is great in South America!........Buy a compass and go due south!

This is hardly a question keeping *our* family from sleep in the dark hours of the evening..
