So which is worse, having to wake up each morning and run the risk of getting asked how you feel about the fact that your Daddy is a cad...

Even worse....
...would be to live life as one of the Bush twins (maybe that's why they both drink), or as Dick Cheney's lesbian daughter. That would be MUCH worse.

it would be different if
Chelsea was the one running for office. Then it would not be fair to tag her with this. You can't choose your parents (unlike your pastor).

Her mother, like it or not was a big part in the downplaying of that stain (pun intended) on Bill's administration. How many women (or men) who are serious about sexual harassment would excuse that kind of behavior.
