DUNCAN HUNTER WROTE THE BILL
for 800 miles of fence, and watched President Bush sign it into law. 13 miles of it has been built!........DUNCAN HUNTER has done everything that he can possibly do, as it is the Executive Branch that signed the bill authorizing 40 million dollars to build it. But the President doesn't like certain laws that he signs, and as the decider, he sits on the money. Who needs veto power when you can just IGNORE the EXISTING LAWS OF CONGRESS!........Last week, TOM TANCREDO managed to also get a bill through the Heavily Democratic House, prohibiting Federal Emergency Funding for Sanctuary Cities(That also refuse to enforce the existing laws of Congress). So, now we have City Mayors(One running for President) and sitting Presidents, that only respect some of the existing laws of congress!.........Congress is becoming impotent, which is the goal of all dictaters.

There will never be a fence. It's just another carrot that Bush is dangling in the face of all the extreme right. And.... they will fall for it again.
