Cheney's pose with new grandson Samuel.
Mary Cheney has given birth to a child that as it turns out will not share guardianship with Cheney's lesbian partner Heather Poe. You may recall I had a thought or two on the matter.
There is no real explanation as to why but the most interesting statement to me from the story was this quote:
Mary's homosexual partner of 15 years, Heather Poe, "will have no legal relationship with her child. She can't adopt as a second parent. She won't have her name on the birth certificate."
It will be interesting to see how the activists attempt to spin this. I for one think the reasoning is very sound behind the decision.
The Cheney's - particularly the Veep and Mrs. - conducted themselves very admirably in what had to be a bit of a contentious environment surrounding Mary's conception. Mary added to that debate when she spoke to a conference here in New York a few weeks later:
"This is a baby. This is a blessing from God. It is not a political statement. It is not a prop to be used in a debate by people on either side of an issue. It is my child." But she added that "every piece of remotely responsible research" had shown "no difference between children who are raised by same-sex parents and children raised by opposite-sex parents."
She is wrong by the way... The data overwhelmingly points to the healthiest outcome for children possible is to be raised in a two parent home that includes both a mother and a father.
Imagine this: you're a young man in the DC area who needs a quick $250.00. So you go into a sperm bank, make a donation, pick up the cash and leave.
Months later, you realize that maybe --- just maybe --- it could have been your sperm that was chosen by the daughter of Satan and her UPS delivery woman.
Now you have to accept the possibility that your sperm helped to create a Cheney. That your son, carrying your DNA, is a part of the most evil family on the planet.
Lord, how I pity that young man!!!!

You are so not a Christian...
And so very over the top profane... |

realize just how briliant our Founding Fathers were, when they structured this nation as a Republic with States Rights, and a Promiss that the Feds would ONLY maintain an army to help protect the States if needed. Knowing that like minded people would migrate only to areas of other like minded people, and knowing that if a State or region became radical in their thinking, people would migrate away damaging the economy of where they had been. As thousands every year leave the State of Mexifornia, it only confirms that truth..............It is so nice down here in the Bible Belt!.....God Bless Robert E. Lee! |

Hey, Christian! Great point!
Kevin knows your faith, by the way. Kevin can read an e-mail and suddenly knows what is in the author's heart.
Hey, Kevin! I think the Cheney's are criminal slime-balls, too. So.... quick: what chruch do I attend?!?!?! |

This was a personal decision by an adult woman - and is not the business of anyone else. I would rather see a child raised by two loving parents of the same sex than in some of the hetrosexual homes where children are abused. When was the last time you read a horrendous story about a same sex couple that made their children live in cages and starve them? I have never read anything like that, but I certainly have read about hetrosexual couples who have mistreated their children. Just this week here in Tulsa a couple was arrested for killing their two year old child. It was the child's mom and dad! |

It would guess that you don't attend ANY church, unless it is the church of self-worship. |
|
|
There is one other possiblity. You attend the church that worships Mother Earth or Mother Nature. |

You're wrong.... TWICE!!!
Does it make you feel better to post your mistakes separately, or is just just a plan to make you seem even more foolish?
PS: I'm just a plain ole' Lutheran. Sorry to disappoint you!
PS: I STILL think Christian has made the best point on this entire story! |

Are your postings just a ruse to make you appear to be inane twerps? Because I'd prefer to believe that you are human beings capable of engaging in rational and civil discourse.
Let's hear something about your beliefs in the Bible as the revelation of God, professing Christians that you are. Lets start at the beginning: Genesis Ch. 1, an account of creation, or not? |
