"I can't handle the truth!"

DRUDGE has just posted a HUGE exclusive that depicts the back-biting cat fights going on a Harpo Studios as the first big "O" is resisting the calls from her producers to put the first ever female Republican Vice-Presidential candidate on her show...

And this my friends is why her ratings have lagged since supporting Obama publicly and "crying her eyelashes off" last week.

She has the chance to make history - and all she has to do is have some polite conversation to make it happen... but she's too much of a partisan homer to do it.

So... how's that "tolerance" stuff that Obama's always talking about in "bringing people together" working out for ya?

Kevin,

I hope you never ever thought Oprah was ever anymore than the leader of fluff. You have to be pretty dimwitted to take Oprah as a mentor or even adviser. Have you ever heard the crap she recommends for reading? Dr. Phil is one of her heavyweights for crying out loud!!!

Palin should boycott Oprah
Why in the world would Sarah Palin even want to go on Oprah? That would be giving Oprah more power and credit than she is due. Keep the upper hand republicans! Make Oprah come and beg for Sarah after she is the first female V.P. and wows the world with her common sense. But actually, even then, I still don't want to see her on Oprah!

I had the same reaction--like wouldn't someone had dry run the slide presentation first to see what the backgrounds would look like on TV? Nuts, but hey, mistakes happen. Fix them. With the nature of McCain's speech a completely neutral background would have been better (I mean come on he is on a stage that looks like the face dial of a Movado watch).

As for the O'Bama vs. O'Reilly, Fox must have run it early because I waited all night for it and it never came. I started watching just before McCain came on live. I am sure I can catch it tonight. But given McCain's ratings were so high and the only thing I am hearing that Obama praised the surge--I am not so sure that interview worked for him. Talking about "O", I don't think Oprah's dis of Gov. Palin is a very smart move either (both for herself and Obama). Expect the View to take advantage of that (and of course while the View is a fairly hostile venue, Ms. Hasselbeck will be there to fight back too).

We Should All Boycott Oprah
I don't understand the appeal the big "O" has to women anyway. We should boycott Oprah and Palin should boycott Oprah.

Boycotting Oprah
Oprah Winfrey has has all the wonderful opportunities that being a citizen of the USA offers. When she stood up for a socialist/marxist, donated monies to help his communist cause, I tuned her out forever. Liberalism has been the downfall of the black community and I am not supporting Trotsky beliefs for the "betterment" of the American blacks.

TMZ
Even TMZ is reporting this better than McCullough. Geez. Those who get their news from TMZ know that Oprah has resisted supporting candidates in the past and that after voicing support for Obama vowed that her show would not become a platform for candidates. While Obama has been on Oprah twice, he has not been invited to appear on her show since 2006. Oprah has said that she would glady have Palin on her show after the elections.

Oprah,
Oprah is finally showing her "True Colors" and it ain't purple!

Op let best player Hill play 2nd fiddler
Oprah let her 'women' audience down when she chose the untested 'O' so her Race would shine forth! While, I understand her pride ambition, she should have waited for the Rookie to mature and grow in wisdom. He had plenty of time to someday be our President! Haste makes waste, he is far from being ready to lead in the most important job in the free world! Her lack of reasonable judgment, leaves much to be desired! Ex Democrat

I can't boycott Oprah! I already to don't watch her!

BTW, don't you think she is looking a little puffy under the eyes?

I think Palin should go on Oprah. That why she could be seen showing Oprah up in front of all of her fans.
Screwtape writes: Friday, September, 05, 2008 2:30 PM
This explains it all....
'Last year, Winfrey blocked an appearance by Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas, timed to a promotional tour of his autobiography.'

Going left
Over the past few years O has definitely gone way over to the left. She did not start there. I supported her for many years UNTIL the interview this year with Bill Clinton. She told the audience he was ONLY on the show to push his book and that otherwise he could not come on to talk about politics and push his wife for president. She made Clinton look like a fool for coming on at all. Her show, her rules, kick Bill to the curb. It was creepy to watch and I have never watched since. I did write O several times to point out that putting all the candidates on her show was the right way to go because if she really believed in Barack she would have no fears. Now because of her warped policy, she is stopping herself from talking with a woman that might be the next VP. A bad decision has snowballed into an even bigger bad decision. I have absolutely no respect left for her. She has joined the crazy Hollywood left and that has been sad to watch.

Who Let the Dogs Out?
The battle lines are drawn: Liberals, meaning the nanny-staters, pseudo-educated elites and the MSM against conservatives including self-respecting, hard-working, down-home Dems.

This is coming down to a fight between between the Two Americas: screeching lib b---ches against conservative pitbulls in lipstick.

Obama, the baby we've been waiting for, has called on his pack of attack dog b's, including Hill, to come to his rescue.

This is all too rich.

Oprah, by appearing to fear Palin, is playing right into the hands of conservative team. Hehehehe. Too funny.

Let's Just Say That Palin's Name...
...never came up among the Oprah people. If someone from the Mack camp planted the story...?

Brilliant.

My Pet Goat writes: Friday, September, 05, 2008 4:12 PM
Why?
It's her show, she owns it. She gets to pick the guests.

What really annoys you people is that a poor little black girl has managed, through hard work and talent, to become one of the wealthiest and most respected people in the world.

That just bugs the Hell out of you people.
Diane  writes: Friday, September, 05, 2008 4:12 PM
Paybacks are a B**ch
Oprah is suspected of contributing monies to the media who criminally attacked Sarah Palin. Now Oprah will pay the price. But, she has plenty of money to have a happy life, but she is definitely going out of the spotlight. When one gets down in the gutter with dogs, you will get up with fleas.

PS:
Glad to see that Kevin has learned to deal with the gay boys, like Drudge.

I check in with my two gays every morning: Drudge and Andrew Sullivan. Then I visit TH and Talking Points Memo. But, the two gays have the best info.

At least Andrew has the you-know-whats to be out.

BAHAHAA
Media up by a touchdown on Silly Sarah. Day 7 of the cocooning of Palin. Whatcha afraid of Palin, what a fraud and loony? The Media pwns Palin.

Oprah should just buy Clownhall and Salem Radio and pull the plug on this crazy mess.

NO OPRAH ... NOBAMA ...
OPRAH ... from spending several years in Jeremiah Wright's anti-American racist church, listening to sermons like "God Damn America", and giving life time achievement awards to the likes of Louis Farrakhan ... to her newest opportunistic religious beliefs ... who could possibly take Oprah seriously? This woman's ego is soooo big, being a billionaire celebrity isn't enough, she has to start her own religion ... not to mention all the additional money she is going to make selling all those books, tapes, CD's, etc. to her poor followers. Oprah's new power hungry ambitions include efforts to replace traditional America with Obama ... and access to a President she puts into office ... to her efforts at replacing Christianity with a new religion she controls. I think it's time for America to deny Oprah access to our television sets.
