The satanic thinking that pervades his view on the matter is demonstrative of why the Anglican church is in trouble these days. The homosexual activities of the Episcopal church now have competition...as Bishop Butler is actively arguing for the taking of innocent children's lives - after their born - the sole reason being simply - they are disabled.
His position is liberal, very immoral, and inexcusable...
He should be removed from his office as Bishop, and if his position does not change - he should be removed from the Anglican communion all together.
