The last two weekends I've had the priviledge of making some new friends on the courses...
Andrew - a New Zealander who works in Rudy Giuliani's law firm...
Mike - who caddies at a course on Long Island (Liberty National?)...
Owen - a Jamaican who manages properties in the NYC Metro...
Pete - the best lefty of the bunch, and a very LONG hitter...
Rushie - formerly one of the top high school players in New Jersey, and tri-lingual...
Jessica - a fashion design major who is interested in switching to photography...
Just my way of saying, "Hey..."
I was honored to get to play with these friendly enthusiasts. Despite shooting a 12 on my opening hole this weekend, I finished with a 95. If I had parred that hole I woulda, coulda, shoulda...
I finished with 5pars, 6bogies, and 6doubles... and one 12.
But isn't that why you go back out the next time?
