Wrong Headline
Romney crushes McStain in WV, 47% to 0%. On second vote, McStain voters bail to Huckelberry. If you don't run with that headline then you have to go with collusion between McLiar and Huckelfreak.

Mike: Romney lost fair and square in WV
Smart move by Team McCain. Stop griping like a baby.

Romney appears to be doing worse than expected in California and better than expected in Delaware.

Huckabee's Fall from Grace
Mike Huckabee has proven to be as dirty and rotten as John McCain. What kind of a Christian is this hypocrite? Mitt Romney won the first ballot with 40% of the vote while Huckabee and McCain were far lower. Then, in collusion with John McCain, Huckabee agrees to have McCain's votes go to him which gives him a jaded combination tainted victory. I don't put it past McCain to do such a dastardly thing, but this act on Huckabee's part shows he is a pandering, unprincipled, dishonest person---a travesty to the Conservative movement.

Here's your headline
McCain loses to Romney 47%-1% in West Virginia.

McCain and Huckabee need to "get a room" - their public philandering with one another is giving me the creeps.

Not griping. Sure, they can cut a deal. But is was a deal. Fact is, McStain was crushed in WV. BTW Je, WV still has 9 more delegates to be slected which is done by primary later. With his 43% support, Romney will likely get the lion's share of those. Lets stick with the facts. I'm not the one trying to spin my guy as a conservative or say he represents change. He is the establishment candidate and Huckelberry's on the take. Not griping...them's the facts. Why is the truth so hard for you guys? How quickly tainted-McLiar spoiled the well.

Get some facts before exploding
your heads please.

WV was not a primary. It was a convention. multiple ballots until one person gets 50%. that means if the delegate's choice does not come in in the top 2 on the first ballot you may change you choice on the second. In fact if some do not they end up there until January.

Unles you were in the room I doubt you know why McCain and Paul's delegates changed to whom they did. The numbers say some went to Huckabee and some went to Romney. Unfortunately fewer went to Romney.

This is the way it works at a convention. The goal is to achieve consensus. And the consensus in WV is Huckabee.

BTW, I would also have preferred a Romney win, but I believe in the American people to be able to make wise choices given good options. And just because some do not agree with me does not make them idiots or worse.

BTW just

Truth--the anti-McIdiot Drug
For those who want to know the truth. This is from the WV republican Site:

This year's WVGOP Presidential Convention was the first-ever convention held to select West Virginia's nominee to the Republican National Convention. Today's convention determined 18 of West Virginia's 30 national convention delegates. The remaining delegates will be determined by the May primary election and the state's top three party leaders.

Yes, Huckelberry and McStain made a deal..fine. Done. I'm over it. Didn't surprise me a bit. But WV hasn't finished its process. Romney dominated with 43% in the first round, expect these are his to loose.

That said. Let's sit back a wait for the McIdiots and the Huckelfreaks to have a cow because someone says they had a deal. Did anyone her Hannity today, a caller was there and sw the deal done. If that ain't enough, McStain was still in the second round of voting, but 99% of his first round voters switched, they could have voted McStain again. Facts is facts, girls. In all, McCainEnstein got 12 votes out of the whole state...wow, impressive.

You reap what you sow
Please stop whining about WV. Romney supporters have been suggesting all week that Huckabee drop out and send his conservative voters to Romney. So what's wrong with McCain giving his votes to Huckabee?

I think it's a case of "you reap what you sow" Romney and his shills spread their seeds of ill-will by violating Reagan's 11th commandment early on - McCain took the gloves off in return, practicing an eye for an eye and effectively dividing the party or at least polarizing it more (much to the delight of the MSM & Democrats, btw). Whereas Huckabee consistently took the higher road (demonstrating vertical leadership) and even defended McCain with whom he also has strong disagreements as a conservative, yet was gracious enough not to join the conservative condemnation chorus and instead chose to offer him respect and commended his lifelong patriotism.

Huckabee demonstrates the qualities of a a true leader who is able to do what's right over what is expedient. Romney and his shills have marginalized themselves by consistently taking the expedient route misrepresenting both himself and his opponents. While one could argue they are correct about McCain's record they have significant credibility because they've been dishonest about both Romney's own record and Huckabee's record. It shows the lower, horizontal level of his (& their) leadership. The contrast between Gov Huckabee's principled consistency and their desperate spin is really starting to show.
