NYC'ing it yesterday...
So my colleague Jeff and I were headed uptown from a meeting with our Vice President in Manhattan yesterday. When we hit 5th and 52nd we see this endless line of what appeared to be a few thousand women aged roughly 18-29 all gussied up in evening-wear complete with mini-cocktail dresses, evening gowns, fluffy scarfs, odd hats, and many, many, many pairs of stilettos - at like 4pm in the afternoon...
We joked about what these girls could possibly be lined up for...
Then I caught the news about an hour later. The four girls - whose biggest claim to fame was that they "liberated women, to finally have casual sex like men" were in NYC pushing their movie that did the same.
Strange twist... most of those women lined up that we saw - paid upwards of $300 per ticket, and more than 2000 of them were turned away...
Ouch! (but very snarf!)
