Requiring employees to speak english - while working in America - does NOT constitute bigotry. Especially when said organizations help primarily low income, and often times homeless people who do not speak english.
What is bigotry is when agenda driven congressional representatives seek to deprive the poor of the services rendered by such organizations because they wish to see Mexico re-annex two-thirds of the southwestern United States.
