Psychologists are arguing that denial has become necessary in our lives. In fact they go so far as to say that denial is the basis for forgiveness. In the modern vernacular, to say someone is “in denial” is to deliver a savage combination punch: one shot to the belly for the cheating or drinking or bad behavior, and another slap to the head for the cowardly self-deception of pretending it’s not a problem. Apologies are hard - but 88% of WMCA listeners believe they should be done face to face. Donnie Osmond did recently to Larry King. 

"I have to back up and apologize publicly to Larry King because I came out and said some things against him," he said. "... In hindsight, Larry King did Marie a favor," Osmond said. "She was able to make a statement about the situation. ... And so she's grateful to Larry."

Requiring employees to speak english - while working in America - does NOT constitute bigotry. Especially when said organizations help primarily low income, and often times homeless people who do not speak english. What is bigotry is when agenda driven congressional representatives seek to deprive the poor of the services rendered by such organizations because they wish to see Mexico re-annex two-thirds of the southwestern United States. If a church that serves an ethnic community neighborhood in New York wants to hire all staffers that speak that certain language... 800.345.WMCA.
