Suddenly the Neo-Cons are concerned about the Constitution? Since when? You certainly didn't care when the so-called "Patriot Act" urinated all over the Bill of Rights. NOW you're concerned?

Thats what we did, we made sure that TERRORISTS were spied upon, listened to, tracked, followed. And in doing these things we got a great deal of information... We froze their bank accounts and made darn sure that no terrorist ever enjoyed the rights of the Constitution. And these programs kept the CITIZENS, Constitutionally protected citizens, free... safe... and still protected by the law, specifically the Constitution that granted them those rights. Terrorists are NOT entitled to Constitutional protections... Neither are non citizens. So in as much as we cramped the style of those who hated us and want to kill us... Yeah - You betcha we trampled on anything similar to "Constitutional protections." Because you and I both know - they didn't apply to those people...
