I mean if you go to the trouble of saying you are going to "say" that you are going to run on a certain date... you're actually "saying" you're going to run... now...
...right?
I heard he was supposed to announce around the 4th of July. I will be on the Fred train if it's gonna come on down the tracks. Like I'm gonna vote for pro-baby murdering Giuliani? I won't vote for Mccain either, I don't vote for democrats.
I think Fred excites a lot of Reagan conservatives and can walk away with it. |

It would be great if Fred is indeed the knight in shining armor all of us seem to be hoping for.
God knows, the next President is going to have to be popular, brave, effective, cunning and smart to undo the damage done by Rove, W, Cheney, Rommy, Condi, Gonzo, etc., etc.

I am tired of the whole 'Thompson's for abortion' thing. I even went back and checked and I'm satisfied that Fred Thompson is a pro-life conservative. Mccain is a Democrat, Romney is a wishy-washy-flake who's got to have some extra wives out there somewhere. Giuliani is a gay parade marching, loves-to-play-up-to-NARAL speaking pig. Fred seems like the guy who I cannot possibly see fumbly-farting around like Bill Hickok has done in his second term, sticking it to his base.
And I wanna go with a Big Mac in one hand, and an expensive cigar in the other. If they were bad for you, they wouldn't sell it.
The attacks against Thompson are due to the huge fear that conservatives will love him. A conservative/actor/friendly/decent guy. Seems like a remember a guy like that winning like 50 states or something. |
