Opiner in Chief
There is a LOT about this man I am going to miss! Mostly his candid horse-whippings he regularly meets out in his Press Conferences to the White House press corp.
why you would. He's obviously the inspiration and poster boy for the "Musclehead Revolution", being a musclehead himself.
I'll miss Bush the same way I did Clinton. So long, liar and scoundrel. |

Because he has lost touch with ALL reality! And his base are such bigots, just ask him!
http://www.immigrationshumancost.org/text/crimevictims.html Free Ramos and Compean If we can’t have HOME SECURITY first, the rest just won’t matter! Tancredo/Hunter 2008! NO MORE HOLDING OUR NOSE AND PULLING THAT LEVER!! VOTE FOR A REAL REPUBLICAN!! NO MORE RINO’s!!!

I hated his policy on the border, Campean and Ramos, and I wasn't a fan of the social security drug entitlement...
BUT...
He kicked terrorists backsides...
AND...
Gave us Alito and Roberts...
For those two alone - I will forgive him SOME of the other stuff. WHY? Because they will have a hand in undoing the excess.
He's not been a fiscal Reagan - but he HAS been a social Reagan...
Most of all I just love it that liberal loons hate him so much - and he never quakes. |

I'll miss a President who choose the ignore the specific threats of the August, 2001 daily briefing.
I'll miss a President who picked up a copy of "My Pet Goat" and read for twenty minutes after being told the twin towers had been attacked.
I'll miss a President who took us out of Afghanistan before we captured the SOBs who attacked us and then lied us into a war with a make-believe enemy who had absolutely NOTHING to do with 9/11.
I'll miss a President who ignores all warnings to beef up security at our borders.
I'll miss a President who has spent more and enlarged the size of the Federal Deficit more than all other previous President combined.
Yeah.... I'll miss him, too.

Bush is far from it. If anything he is the worse president in US history in terms of competency. He even beats out Clinton who I previously thought was the worst one.
It remains to be seen whether his two Supreme court picks are Constitutionalists or those who will back up the fallacy of the unitary executive nonsense that Bush is pushing to gain more power for the Executive at the expense of the Congress.
His opportunity to kick "terrorists backsides" has only succeeded in creating more of them while the real ones responsible were allowed to escape at Tora Bora and later at the Shaikot valley. Instead, the troops that were needed for those operations were pulled from use for the stupid Iraq invasion.
His social policies stink starting with "no child left behind" that has made a bad education system worse.
The only thing this nation has to show for the appalling bad judgement and stupidity of this man are a lot of dead and wounded Americans and five trillion dollars in new debt.
Good riddence to trash. |

I only hope that this sorry excuse for a President (and an even worse example of a Christian) lives a very long life after leaving office.
I want him to see his record be thrown onto the dung heap of history.
God help the next President! They will have a horrible mess to clean up. |
|
Good GOSH man - if you think Clinton/Bush qualify for the worst in our history...
Where were you in the Jimmy Carter era...
Good lord man - Carter ran laps around all others... and there was no close second.
YIKES! |
|
From their fun...
After all - once we get past January 3rd... much of their bravado will begin to fade... |
|
I'm probably older than you, Kevin and old enough to remember Carter and campaign against him. While Carter was a horrible president I think Bush in the opposite sense of Carter. while you couldn't get Carter to take any action for Bush action means starting an unnecessary stupid war that has already cost us over 400 trillion and rising.
I'm looking forward to 3 January as well and more importantly, beyond that date to NH so I can laugh at you. |

Once 2009 comes, the healing and repair begin. "Bravado" will be retired in Crawford. |
