There are still handfuls of back-woods inhabiting inbred siblings, and theological or political liberals who claim that Fox News is operated by secret right wing gremlins.
If this were so, in a nation that just elected Barack Obama as president, one would conclude that in the sweeping into office the miracle-working-most-famous-person-ever-to-have-lived that Fox News would be nervous and losing market-share.
So let's look at this week's Nielsen numbers:

Hmmm... Maybe Fox, in employing pundits from both sides of the ideaological and philosophical sides of the issues, has demonstrated that America is served in allowing the private sector to insert it's own fairness doctrine.
Because it sure seems to prove the point that they're "fair and balanced" approach is kicking the guts out of anyone else attempting to pretend to be on nightly cable news...
