John Kerry did Barack Obama no favors today by yet further lowering the tone of the campaigns today...

But this is the same guy who cussed out his entire campaign staff when he lost in 2004, and faked his own heroism in Vietnam - including self-nominating his own three purple hearts to get DISCHARGED while John McCain was getting his bones broken, shoulder blades snapped into pieces, and having the literal crap beat out of him on a daily basis by the Viet Cong.

Yeah - as bad as some recent times have been, I'm still really thankful that we didn't get sentenced to Senator "film himself" to reinact his war "escapades..."

If only...
I used to imagine how much better off we all would have been if only John Kerry had won.

But now I'm not so sure.

If W had served only one term, history would have forgiven him for his endless mistakes in his first term. People would have forgotten the neglect that led to 9/11, "The Pet Goat," the war of choice against an imagined enemy, etc., etc.

Now, however, the Bush Administration will always be judged as the single worst Aberration this country has ever endured.

I hope they all live long, long lives. I want each one of them to see the past eight years thrown onto the dung heap of history.

John Kerry will look wonderful, if only by comparison.

Interesting....
Interesting thought. But Goat assumes they all have a conscience.

Personally, I'd like to see Dick and W behind bars for crimes against humanity, torture, lying to the UN. Then, domestic prosecution for destruction to our Constitution and Bill of Rights.
