When will he arrive...

We kick off the group blogging momentarily...

10:53pm
FAITH AMMEN:  What change has he seen and lived? How much can you experience in 163 days in his office as Senate?
LOVELY:  yes well--there are many dems who will be picking up a republican ballot
FAITH AMMEN:  I'm so sick of hearing how sad and depressed American people are..."taking less hours so there friends don't lose their jobs?" Ok,  let's have a little positive energy...
LOVELY:  Yes the American spirit--that came from a belief in God and a drive to work hard and know that if you did the potential was limitless...
FAITH AMMEN:  I love that Obama has no personal character or experience to make people love him...he has to piggyback on FDR, JFK, and Martin Luther King...

10:50pm
KMC:  THE GOSPEL OF CONDOMS
LOVELY:  Reducing the number of unwanted pregnancies????
KMC THE GOSPEL OF GUN CONTROL
LOVELY:  What about babies that are born and left to die??
KMC THE GOSPEL OF TAH GAYYYYYYYYSSSSS
LOVELY:  Gays and Lesbians can already visit their loved ones in hospitals!!!!
KMC:  He just took two sides of 4 issues?
THATS EIGHT POSITIONS!!!
LOVELY:  IT is exactly that, higher taxes and a departure from traditional values
he just summed up his platform, while saying it wasn't just that... And people eat it up

10:48pm
LOVELY:  If Obama loves America, why has he associated himself with someone who bombed the Capitol building in DC, and gone to a church with a pastor who says: "God Damn America"??????

10:43pm
KMC: That is a flat out lie about McCain...
LOVELY: What does Iraq having a surplus have to do with anything???
KMC: He has always said that he would support the generals on the ground and the Iraqi people...
LOVELY:  What alliances are strained??
KMC The party of Kennedy? HA HA HA... the Kennedy's have undermined every war we've fought since WWI.

10:41pm
FAITH AMMEN:  Programs can't replace parents? Then why are you pushing programs all the time?
LOVELY:  If he is willing to debate, then why doesn't he? He has refused debates?

10:40pm
LOVELY:  Like his daughters are going to have a problem being equally paid in the future
KMC MORE WOMEN are presently employed in America than men... MORE WOMEN are going to college than men in America today... And MORE WOMEN are graduating high school than boys today... WOMEN ARE DOING FINE! And no one wants to pay them less than men...

10:37pm
KMC: The "I will do this promises are so easy to make when you run for office..."
And how does he insure a college education?
Who pays for it?
LOVELY:  taxes baby
taxes are going to pay for education and healthcare
FAITH AMMEN:  How does "I'll give you a government that will give you everything" coincide with sacrifice, hard work, and personal initiative?
LOVELY:  and companies will have to pay these
so they will employ less people
KMC So he will cram standards down insurance companies throats - thus putting them out of business and ushering in Government controlled health care...

10:34pm
LOVELY: And end dependence on foreign oil? The Dem morons wouldn't drill for the last 8 years? We still have to drill in the meantime before alternative energies are viable...
Biofuels???
Like corn?
That is depleting the worlds food supply...

10:34pm
KMC: But if you tax the upper class - that tax break for the middle class will disappear in the higher price of goods and services...
LOVELY:  No he's going to raise taxes on the top 5 % that gives everyone else jobs...

10:31pm
KMC:  Its not a company's JOB to create JOBS... It is a company's job to provide a product, good, or service... The number of jobs that are created are dependent upon how well the company runs itself...
LOVELY:  The market can't promote jobs and growth if all those companies are having the hell taxed out of them

10:30pm
KMC: Nice to see him compliment granny and not throw her under the bus like he did during the primary...

10:29pm
FAITH AMMEN:  Who are the powerful people in the world? Who are the people we look up to? People who work hard and have individual responsibility. When was the last time you said, "My hero is this guy who made his living by surviving on welfare and government funded healthcare?" Is anyone else depressed? It sounds like America is in the Great Depression! Does anyone forget that we are the richest nation in the world? Why would you want to paint an America where everyone is jobless and single and dying of cancer!

10:28pm
Well whose responsibility is it supposed to be if we are looking for work, without healthcare, or in need of something?
Whose responsibility is it to put food on my table?
Whose responsibility is it to keep myself healthy?
Whose responsibility is it to earn the money to pay the bills?
Just WHOSE RESPONSIBILITY IS IT Sen. Dummy?

10:24pm
KMC: Nation of WHINERS was a quote by Phil Gramm - not John McCain... he's aiming at the wrong guy.
LOVELY:  And Obama has also voted with McCain and Bush 90% of the time
KMC The red meat is not going to convince the independents - and that's who is supposed to be reaching for...
LOVELY:  Dick Morris was saying earlier that the way that stat is calculated is by everything the Senate votes on... Like to congratulate high schools that win state championships, et etc... And those votes are all always unanimous, so Obama can lump himself right in with McCain and Bush. B
because big corporations give all the little people jobs.

10:22pm
FAITH AMMEN:  Anyone want to get the tissues? We are going to get plenty of sob stories. Why would you reframe the American government that people fought and died for be reduced to being about healthcare and preschool?

10:20pm
KMC: KATRINA???? The stupid Democrat Mayor and Governor were the ones who let New Orleans drown... The Mayor had 2000 buses, and by law was supposed to use them to evacuate people... He kept them locked while 1000 people drowned...
LOVELY:  how about the New Orlaens Mayor who sat on his hands while his people drowned!!!

10:19pm
KMC: No - not true, not more are working for less... More are working for more - for three years in a row... check the census bureau dummy...
LOVELY:  And for the 2nd quarter this year, the economy has grown...
FAITH AMMEN:  I had no idea Bush was such a powerful man? He controlled and dominated and superceded the Supreme Court and legislative branch for 8 years?

10:15pm
KMC: "With gratitude... I accept..."

10:11pm
KMC: If Barack Obama believed and voted for the things he speaks about - everyone would vote for him. The problem is - the Barack Obama who casts votes in the United States Senate is not the Barack Obama in the biography video...

10:01pm
KMC: Dick Durbin is the warm-up goat for the night. And he is pathetic... Bush's broken promises? No Child Left Behind - promised, delivered. No attacks on Americans after 911 - promise, delivered. New prescription plan - promise, delivered.
