"O" Pimp Daddy Which campaign has the support of unrepentant terrorists both at home (Bill Ayers) and abroad (Iran, Hezbollah, and Al Qaeda)? Which campaign has the support of those who have committed hundreds of thousands of counts of fraud to get illegal, unqualified, and sometimes imaginary voters to cast votes? Which campaign is supported by those who wear tasteless shirts calling the other campaign vulgar names for a woman's sexual organ? Which campaign enjoys strong support by those who do not work, but want the money of others who do? Which campaign has done all it can to attract the most hateful segments of society, who have purposefully interrupted their opponents rallies, meetings, and convention? Which campaign is headed by a candidate who did not just approve of the practice, but FOUGHT to keep it legal of allowing special needs babies to die of starvation in soiled utility rooms? Which campaign is strongly supported by those who dedicate this kind of filth to its opponents? Say anything you want to about John McCain/Sarah Palin - but you are NOT able to say that they are supported by any - much less ALL - of the above.
list - that applies to the GOP presidential ticket of 2008.
JamesB - I'm not listing things of Democrat history past...
These are from NOW, today, this campaign - this year.
Obama attracts the underbelly of ugly and nasty - and that is unparalleled this election season.
So no - both sides are not "all the same" - at least not this go around.
And it's pure BUNK to say otherwise... |

...the worst things look for the Neo-Con freaks, the more outrageous and desperate their attack become.
You people can't even loose gracefully. |

If the silly girl who had the B on her face was lying.
It was an act that did not include the attempt to - steal votes, starve children, or use the profane in a way to advance anything...
If she lied - she supposedly did - about an IMAGINARY MAN...
Not even CLOSE to being even to the list on this blog post alone.
Not even CLOSE to ONE ITEM listed on this blog post...
EEEEGGGGGHHHHHH try again hater... |

If anybody can bring this polarized country together to work towards our many common goals, it's Kevin. Keep these types of comments coming. The other guys are bad. We're good. |

That overlooking simple observations about facts make you a superior human being or something...
Everything listed on this post is fact.
I made an observation about them - as I'm still entitled to. (Who knows how much longer I will have this first amendment protection?)
At the end of the day... I don't care about UNITY.
I care about CLARITY.
I prefer Clarity to Agreement... Mostly because I can't act upon my conscience in carrying out my duties as Father, Husband, citizen if I do not clearly understand the world around me and my place in it. |

Now look at who those people are:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zRqcfqiXCX0
“I’m afraid if he wins, the blacks will take over. He’s not a Christian! This is a Christian nation! What is our country gonna end up like?”
“When you got a Negra running for president, you need a first stringer. He’s definitely a second stringer.”
“He seems like a sheep - or a wolf in sheep’s clothing to be honest with you. And I believe Palin - she’s filled with the Holy Spirit, and I believe she’s gonna bring honesty and integrity to the White House.”
“He’s related to a known terrorist, for one.”
“He is friends with a terrorist of this country!”
“He must support terrorists! You know, uh, if it walks like a duck and quacks like a duck, it must be a duck. And that to me is Obama.”
“Just the whole, Muslim thing, and everything, and everybody’s still kinda - a lot of people have forgotten about 9/11, but… I dunno, it’s just kinda… a little unnerving.”
“Obama and his wife, I’m concerned that they could be anti-white. That he might hide that.”
“I don’t like the fact that he thinks us white people are trash… because we’re not!”
You might want to re-work your list... seems a little flawed to me.

You miss the point - as most liberals are want to do...
The people you quote may be ignorant - but they have not engaged in the acts listed on this blog post. |

I know he doesn't mean that. He does care that a man's house is rittled with bullets just because of a sign in his front yard. He does care that human beings insult one another based on political differences when they should be embracing and working hand in hand working towards solving this country's and this nation's very pressing problems.
He does know that the vast majority of McCain and Obama and Baldwin supporters are decent people. Most Obama supporters are welcome in my home. I've had many of them in my house. And them and the McCain supporters had a fun time together. Nobody felt it necessary to bring up the acts of people that none of us knew.
I had a black man in my house one time. I didn't find it necessary to mention Wayne Williams or Troy Davis. Why would I? It's ridiculous.
Parties at Kevin's house must be great.

...Offended me by attaching that song to McCain / Palin and I'm black, socially liberal and listen to hip-hop (as well as Beethoven for the record). I do support free speech, racist, criminal, sexist and otherwise -- because as citizens, when we disagree with a viewpoint or a statement, we can offer another position.
Hence, discourse. All truth is revealed through discourse.
As for nutters supporting political candidates, well no party has cornered the market on that.
Here's my deal. I won't make you listen to Kanye West, if you don't make me listen to Hank Williams Jr -- but when it's time for Beethoven, we'll throw a party. You bring the wine, and I'll bring the cheese. |

A fond look back on what the party sponsoring McCain/Palin IS responsible for...
- An unprovoked, verifiably disingenuous and immoral invasion and war in Iraq -- now lasting longer than WWII and with no chance of the same result - A disgraced Presidential Office – to the point its occupant is either openly mocked by world leaders --- or simply ignored - An economy in recession - Record home foreclosures - The first (and second and third) bank failings since the Great Depression - Gasoline well over $4 per gallon (and this summer close to $5) which represents nearly a 200% increase from the day before the Bush administration took office. - The highest % dependency on Middle Eastern oil in our country’s history - No viable alternative energy plan to replace that oil – a foreign commodity for which our children die that will be exhausted in less than 70 years. - Record numbers of Americans unable to afford health insurance - An almost incomprehensible swing in our national budget from a $200+ billion dollar surplus in 2000 to a $482 billion dollar deficit today - An automotive and technology sector -- once second to none -- now second to, well, some - Oh, and the real bad guy? Osama Bin Laden? Still a Rock Star on Al Jazeera television -- just as he will be long after President “Dead or Alive” Bush is saddled up back on his oil biz ranch.
HO HO HO -- Merry Christmas KMC -- and you WONDER why you are being kicked to the curb?

that hillbilly at the palin rally walking around with the Curious George monkey doll, which he named Obama, that is who I consider the "underbelly of society." my point here and in my prior post is that your entire premise is demonstratably false! Aknowledge it and find another topic to rant about. How about the biased liberal media? Or how Obama pals around with terrorists. Or joe the plumber, dora the explorer, tommy the train, or any of the other silly metaphors. Those topics really seem to help advance McCain's agenda. Whatever that is?!? But hypocritically proclaiming Obama's supporters are "skanky".... Come on, you're better than that. |
