ON THE KEVIN McCULLOUGH SHOW:

1. THE HEADLINE ITEMS:
A high school principal in South Tahoe, Nevada gives the graduation speech to the senior class... in Spanish. (After giving it in English...) Parents in the region seem perturbed. Do they have the right to be, or are they merely racist? Should English be the language of a tax-payer funded public high school graduation speech? Does it lead to greater issues down the road? Is it inherently un-American to oppose such speeches, or to give them? Your calls at 877.572 8446.

2. THE PRACTICAL DILEMMA:
Imagine a school where all of the children were not allowed to call one another "him" or "her." Rather the "It"-ification of each other is the primary way they go about relating. Is it possible to have this agenda in a school for any legitimate purposes? The gender-neutrification of our kids is heavy at hand these days. But my bigger question intellectually speaking is "why?" What is the ultimate goal of accomplishing this? Your calls at 877.572 8446.

3. The God Thought:
"In order to get out of darkness, we must start by taking tiny steps toward the light. And God is always faithful to His obedient children!"

ON THE KEVIN McCULLOUGH SHOW:

1. THE HEADLINE ITEMS:
Bachmann is in, and is already being treated differently, simply because she's female. Is it too pie in the sky to think that folks will NOT treat her differently, simply because she is... a woman? PLUS speaking of women. Last year on "I'm a Celebrity get me outta here," Patty Blagojevich spoke oft and steady of how her husband would be found innocent. Ladies, when you are faced with a life changing moment, and the man you once thought was the key to your dreams, has dropped the ball--sometimes in a huge way--how do you respond? Is it always helpful to respond with support? When is it ok to bail? Your calls at 877.572 8446.

2. THE PRACTICAL DILEMMA:
The Supreme Court found yesterday by a lopsided 7 to 2 that it was unconstitutional to ban the sell of video game material that is graphically violent or sexually explicit to a minor. This decision had all sorts of alliances, even in dissent. PLUS: A young basketball player survives his second plane crash. His mother and siblings were killed in the first. His father and step-mother killed in the second. His father was flying both planes when they went down. Should he have been behind the stick? Your calls at 877.572 8446.

3. The God Thought:
"There is no such thing as a truly neutral decision. Every choice we make either takes us a step tpward the light or a step toward the darkness."

1. THE HEADLINE ITEMS:
We continue our march towards 2012 with the next in our line-up of the "Binge Thinker's Candidates Forum" today - Former Minnesota Governor Tim Pawlenty joins us. We will ask the Governor his intentions if elected on the Economy, National Security, and Values and Accountability. The Governor joins us at 8:23am -- 877.572.8446.

2. THE PRACTICAL DILEMMA:.
The People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals has always been in favor of protecting animals while being completely uncaring about the plight of actual humans. I've done dozens of segments on this in the past. But I have for you today will turn your stomach. ANY POLITICIAN that gets any support from PETA should be thrown out of office. ON THE KEVIN McCULLOUGH SHOW:

1. THE HEADLINE ITEMS:
The President declares that the war is over, even as the fighting is not. Your reaction to the President's announcement last night. Also Ron Paul and Barney Frank are in bed together... on weed. And why is US Airways favoring drag queens over football players? Disagreements with me here: 877.572.8446.

2. THE PRACTICAL DILEMMA:
What are the secrets, lies, and hook-up habits of today's teens. Even sex on the beach. A new expose on teen sex and dating is drawing our attention to what and how teens are approaching that stage of life, and what parents might wish to consider as a result. Andy Braner's new book takes an honest look at it. Your calls at 877.572 8446.

"There are several excuses that keep us trapped from seeking and finding God. The first is self-pity. It causes us to focus so much on ourselves that we virtually become the center of our own universe."

1. THE HEADLINE ITEMS:
The President takes to the airwaves tonight to explain why it's time to bring home the troops from Afghanistan. The draw down could be interpreted as "Mission Accomplished." Disagreements with me here: 877.572.8446.

2. THE PRACTICAL DILEMMA:
The mayor of Boston wants to shut down Nike over shirts that advocate drug abuse. Is he within his right? Your calls at 877.572 8446.

3. The God Thought:
"We don't seek God and we stay the way we are because that's pretty much the way we want to be. We've learned to live with mediocrity, and either we think things will never change or we're happy the way we are."

ON THE KEVIN McCULLOUGH SHOW:

1. THE HEADLINE ITEMS:
The Governor of New Jersey sends his kids to private school
. If so does he in essence give up his moral position to help fix New Jersey public schools? Is it cool for him to tell people that question him about it, "None yo bidness?" Simply because someone doesn't participate in something, does it void their opinion on the matter? Disagreements with me here: 877.572.8446.

2. THE PRACTICAL DILEMMA:
Woman gets 5 years of probation--threat of imprisonment--and receives a tongue lashing by the judge... for... SPANKING. The response across the spectrum have included opinion columnists to openly confess to spanking in their written op-eds. But it's what the judge actually said that is the most offensive. to Your calls at 877.572 8446.

1. THE HEADLINE ITEMS:
Given my assessment that the field in the GOP race is strong
, but still fluid, is Rick Perry making the ultimate move? Visiting New York last night he sure sounded like it. Could the nation handle another Governor from Texas? Low Taxes, Low Regulatory, and limited legal damages... Disagreements with me here: 877.572.8446.

2. THE PRACTICAL DILEMMA:
So an opera singer goes into a Trader Joes and slaps a famous TV doctor. After the kerfuffle the opera singer thinks its unfair to be prosecuted. In fact she claims that the violence was necessary. Better not take her Thai noodles or that will show you! Your calls at 877.572 8446.

2. THE PRACTICAL DILEMMA:
A swedish mum is about to donate her womb to her daughter. Doctors say too risky. But mother and daughter are ready and willing. Should this be the method by which a new child is brought into this world? Giving birth to your own sister/brother? Huh? Your calls at 877.572 8446.

1. THE HEADLINE ITEMS:
New pictures of Weiner have hit the web, where he has posed in the House members gym. Nancy Pelosi and Debbie Wasserman Schultz have both called for his resignation. The big question here is, "What could possibly keep him holding on at this point?" Is it because it wasn't actual adultery? Disagreements with me here: 877.572.8446.

2. THE PRACTICAL DILEMMA:
Anthony Weiner's downfall occurred on several levels but why is it that in all the polls the data seems so tilted? People under 35 are forgiving, much more so. And 50 percent of people under 35 have sexted someone. And these traits are starting earlier and earlier. Will this trend be able to be reveresed? Your calls at 877.572 8446.

ON THE BALDWIN/McCULLOUGH MegaCast:

1. Today Nancy Pelosi and Debbie Wasserman Schultz call for Congressman Anthony Weiner to step down. So he says he will take, "a leave of absence." Does that satisfy you? Add to the mix revelations that the Congressman has now been proven to have had contact with at least one 17 year old girl, and reports are that some of those tweets and communications were recently deleted. Cause for concern? Your calls: 877.572.8446.

2. Someone who may benefit from the Weiner blow-back is none other than Alec Baldwin, who implied a look at a mayoral run might just be in the cards. But in much bigger news Baldwin penned an op-ed this week saying Weiner's condition is a result of him being a "high functioning" modern man. Baldwin seems to assert that sexual needs, mores, and habits are evolve-able. Believe him? 877.572.8446!

ON THE KEVIN McCULLOUGH SHOW:

1. THE HEADLINE ITEMS:
Janet Napolitano was asked a direct question this week in NYC, as to the practical "common sense" side of how to protect the American people from terrorists. Calling the person who asked the person illogical, she then rambled something about "travel patterns." Also, just last week the President stops in to make mention of how great his stimulus plan worked. While in Toledo Ohio he referenced one legendary eatery in particular. Oops! Disagreements with me here: 877.572.8446.

2. THE PRACTICAL DILEMMA:
A mother has given her child a most unusual gift. She has even taken to video to explain why. Still this is the kind of thing that some would say should be roundly condemned. How young girls view themselves is very important, but HOW important? Is plastic surgery--when it is primarily non-accident related always bad? Your calls at 877.572 8446.

Congressman Weiner's wife is pregnant

2. THE PRACTICAL DILEMMA:
Violence is worse than ever before. What will stop it? Whether its kids on your local school bus, or random gangs running the streets of Chicago. Are there solutions you can implement that does not include more and more spending on police? Your calls at 877.572 8446.

The Government is now spending $543,000 per person in the U.S. -- did you enjoy the benefit? http://media.ny1.com/media/2010/7/9/images/WeinerClinton670a7688-0f8f-4dca-8b18-165d4ce355c0.jpg

There is an abundance of tendency on the political right to classically overplay our hands. We did it in the case of William Jefferson Clinton and we are teetering perilously close to doing it again with Anthony Weiner.

Neither man of which is worthy of such attention.

With President Clinton, Republicans did a pretty poor job of making the case that his impeachment was about felonies.

In the case of Weiner it is not. And conservatives would be well warned to not make it so.

Unless evidence proves otherwise, Anthony Weiner only did at his computer what far more people do than will ever fully admit, and if there were no laws broken, our role should be to let Weiner brew in the stew of his own making.

I've always subscribed to the theory "if a man can't tell the woman he loves the truth, how can anyone else trust him either..."

And that's still good advice, but an election will be the place that Weiner's supporters will decide if he violated their trust significantly enough to make him untrustworthy for another term. (I can easily tell you how that vote would turn out if he were running in the district I live in.)

Yes, he was a scallywag, he lied, he lied again, and he lied to people to cover up the lies he lied about lying about to.

I describe in my new piece at FoxNews how he at least owned his junk. (Which is far more than most of the recent late afternoon press announcement I've seen by NYC area politicians.) He also handled the "owning of his junk" in a way that told us more info than he was required and he didn't humiliate his wife by dragging her on stage - a la McGreevey, Spitzer, Paterson, et al.

Credit where it's due. But as I was reading the comments over on the Fox News piece I realized the tone and remembered how history had reacted when conservatives fomented over the top and inhuman anger at the President - who had gone a good deal further than Weiner in his actual behavior, and the negative outcome it produced from the middle of America perceiving conservative vitriol.

So beware... be offended... be human... and be kind.

You never go wrong taking the high road!

ON THE KEVIN McCULLOUGH SHOW:

1. THE HEADLINE ITEMS:
Anthony Weiner faces an uphill battle to keep his job. Austin Goolsbee, the 5th economic adviser in the Oministration has resigned. 5 Economic advisers in 2.5 years? Is this, in and of itself a sign that the POLICY is fouled up? And what does it say of the President that he can't seem to get the policy nor the personnel correct? Disagreements with me here: 877.572.8446.

2. THE PRACTICAL DILEMMA:
Anthony Weiner is someone I've disagree with on nearly every piece of public policy everywhere... But as I write for FoxNews today, this may be the birth of something new for the Congressman. Should he lose his job? Should he lose his family? Did he handle it right... FINALLY? Your calls at 877.572 8446.

3. The God Thought:
